    Customer service for the subscription fell short. I requested a refund just moments after my purchase, but received nothing but an auto-response email. Frustration grew when I realized paying $100 didn't guarantee access to content. If your cable provider doesn’t include tc plus, you're out of luck. It’s unacceptable not to have a way to verify compatibility before making a purchase. The whole app feels pointless when you can't even watch the matches.

    The app is not working. An API conflict error pops up every time I try to launch it. Federer’s match is happening right now, and I feel really disappointed about what I paid for. They buried important details in fine print and FAQs. I subscribed during the French Open excited, but I had no clue that not all matches would be shown. The first four days were great; they aired all live matches, probably because they were less popular. Once we hit the fourth round, some matches just vanished from the feed. They mentioned these were available on NBC instead. It feels frustrating. When I reached out for help, they sent me a bunch of links to policies, which should have been highlighted when I signed up. Now, when I ask for a refund, they tell me the policy allows refunds only if I cancel within 24 hours. I am done. I’ll consider this money a charity donation.

    Beware of Chromecast and casting to Google devices. It feels broken, and there's no sign of a fix. Spent 110 dollars on this and it's frustrating. The tennis channel site mentions that their tech team knows about the casting issues. They say it's a high priority but will get reviewed in Q1 of 2021. No estimated time for a fix either. Plus, there's no Google TV app available for some unknown reason.

    Using this app feels like a chore. Paying 109 a year and still missing a Chromecast app is frustrating. Casting from the phone should not be the only option. It freezes, lags, and if you try to pause, it just skips back to live. You miss key moments every time. Connecting to a match takes multiple attempts. And still, ads pop up everywhere! The one bright spot is occasionally watching without commentators. Jim Courier deserves zero stars. His commentary really grates on nerves. Overall, this experience is disappointing.

    The app on Roku is always lagging. The app on my Pixel phone and tablet doesn’t work at all. It gets stuck on the ReCaptcha Verification Error, but that verification never shows up. It’s frustrating trying to log in. Save your money and time. Just stream illegally. This service is really disappointing for something you pay for. I wish I could give it zero stars.
