Eliminate the hassle of carrying physical tickets; the TCL E-Ticket app allows you to purchase and validate your tickets straight from your smartphone.

* This feature is compatible exclusively with mobile devices that have an NFC chip, excluding Nexus 5 and 6, Pixel 2, 3 and 3XL, 4 and 4XL, as well as the Asus Z00AD.

TCL Carte bancaire

The TCL Carte bancaire service allows you to pay and validate with your card or smart device on board, as if it was a transport ticket. 

How does it work ?

On any TCL network vehicle, tap your card or smart device (smartphone or watch with NFC feature activated) on the red terminal

The message "Voyage validé" (Trip validated") appears. You can then ride the TCL network for 1 hour. Each time you board, tap your card on the terminal

You will be debited the next day, based on your use.

TCL E

The daily price is based on how many trips you take

1 trip = € 2,10 (unlimited trips on the TCL network for 1 hour, including connections)

If a user takes more than 3 trips in a day, the maximum cost is € 6,90. 

Ticket control

If asked, simply show your card to the ticket inspector.

Travelling in group

The multi-person validation is currently unavailable.

It is also possible to tap your smart device as GooglePay, ApplePay, SamsungPay,...with NFC feature activated.

Parc and ride

Entrance to Park & Ride facilities does not require validation. To exit, simply present your bank card (or connected object) validated during the day at the exit terminals.

    The validation feature on my Galaxy S9+ is not functioning. I reached out for a refund but haven't received any response from TCL yet. Once they do get back to me, I'll update my review accordingly.

    C'est frustrant de devoir entrer sa carte chaque fois qu'on fait un achat. Ça prend du temps et ça casse le rythme. On aimerait que ce soit plus simple, juste un clic et hop, c'est réglé. C'est tellement plus agréable quand tout se passe sans tracas.

    Please authorize the letters for the postal codes. I live in the UK where we use both letters and numbers. Without the correct postal code, I can't make payments with the app.

    Using the application has been a smooth experience. No issues so far. Stopped using other payment methods completely. One change would make it even better. Unifying all the apps into one would be fantastic. It's frustrating to switch between different apps for the same company with the same purpose. Just streamline everything into one place. That would make life so much easier.
