Shipping Method
① We sell products on a pre-order and in-stock basis. For in-stock items, we will ship your order within seven business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, employee training, etc.). If your order includes pre-ordered items, they will not be shipped together with the in-stock items until they arrive. We cannot split the order and ship the in-stock items first. Pre-ordered items will require an additional 7-30 business days (urgent orders cannot be accepted).
② Delivery is limited to all counties and cities on the mainland of Taiwan (excluding P.O. Boxes). We do not offer postal delivery or hold-for-collection services.
③ If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you within two business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise provided by law.

Shipping fee: ¥70 (paid by the buyer), free shipping with a minimum purchase (shipping fee is borne by the store if the order qualifies for free shipping. ★ Convenience Store Pickup
1. Shipping fee: ¥70 (paid by the buyer), free shipping with a minimum purchase (shipping fee is borne by the store if the order qualifies for free shipping. 3. Convenience store pickup notifications are automatically sent by the system. Due to frequent oversending of convenience store SMS messages, the delivery progress will be displayed in your order tracking. If you miss your package pickup time due to not receiving notifications or other factors, we will not be able to resend your order.
4. For orders over NT$2,000, please choose to pay by credit card for home delivery. For orders over NT$2,000 and still choose convenience store pickup, the store will determine the size of the items and cancel your order if they exceed the convenience store's acceptable size. Return and Exchange Procedures
Return and Exchange Instructions
◆ Each order is limited to one return request and one free pickup. Returns are accepted at the store, not exchanges. The seven-day grace period (including Saturdays and holidays) begins after receipt. Due to the time it takes to post, if you need to process a return, please log in to your order history later or the next day after receipt (but within seven days of receipt). You will see the "Request a Return" option and click on it.
◆ After receiving your online return request, the store will arrange a Black Cat pickup based on the order received (delayed pickup will occur on holidays). If you wish to leave your package at the management office or provide your company address as the delivery address, please be sure to note your business hours after the address. Home delivery pickup begins in the afternoon and ends around 6:00 PM at the latest. You cannot specify a specific pickup time. Please ask the delivery staff for the receipt and keep it until the return is completed for future inquiries.
◆ Due to Black Cat's heavy workload, we may not be able to pick up your package on the scheduled date. If Black Cat does not pick up your item on the scheduled pickup date, please check to see if Black Cat can successfully pick it up 2-3 days after the scheduled pickup date. If Black Cat still does not pick up your item, please report this to the store and they will arrange another pickup date.
◆ After receiving your item, you will enjoy a 7-day free viewing period (including holidays). This is not a usage period; it is for your reference, appreciation, and comparison. Please return the item in its original packaging. When returning items, please try to keep the original packaging intact (pack the item in a transparent bag or the original box, then reseal it in the original packaging) to prevent damage during transportation due to collisions, rain, etc.
►Return Notes◄
● Returned items must be brand new (with labels, tags, and no water treatment) (including gifts). If you retain any items after returning them and the amount of the retained items (the actual items purchased) does not meet the free shipping requirement at the time of purchase, a 70 yuan deduction will be made by the system staff. (There will be no shipping charges for returns of defective or incorrect items.)
● Since the store only accepts returns and does not exchange, please return any defective or incorrect items directly. Defective items are defined as: damaged clothing, detached accessories, or obvious stains that detract from the appearance.
● Minor thread fraying, stray stitches, loose threads, buttons not sewn on tightly, and buttonholes that have not been cut open can be trimmed or cut open by the seamstress.
● After receiving the product, you will be given the opportunity to inspect it. Returns will not be accepted for items that have exceeded the seven-day inspection period, have been used in water, have been stained with makeup or clothing (perfume, body lotion, cigarette smoke, etc.), or have been altered (including cut labels).
● When returning items, please repack and seal them in their original packaging. If the original packaging is lost, please use clean, odorless, opaque packaging over the original packaging. Returned items must be neatly packaged and tightly sealed, returning them to their original state as closely as possible (neatly folded/in addition to the outer packaging, each item must be individually packaged in its original transparent bag). Do not leave the items unpackaged or leave them dented or exposed. Violators will be blacklisted without notice.
● Buyers in outlying islands who wish to return items must apply online, notify us by phone, and ship the items back themselves. (P.S. Since Black Cat Home Delivery cannot pick up items in outlying islands, those in outlying islands must cover the return shipping costs.)
● For credit card payments, once you place your order and the store confirms receipt of your order, we will first request payment from the issuing bank. For ATM transfers and credit card payments, we will first collect payment before shipping the product. The store will add 7-30 days for delivery. If you are not ready, please place your order after you receive the product to avoid any disputes.
● For store returns, all returns must be made by Black Cat Home Delivery. Convenience store returns are not available.
● The return amount is the subtotal after discounts. Once a product is returned, any coupon used will not be refunded, regardless of the reason.
● For personal hygiene reasons, masks, underwear, socks (pantyhose), safety pants, daily necessities, and other products specifically stated on the product page as non-returnable are considered confirmed purchases once sold. Returns and exchanges are not available, regardless of whether the product has been opened or used.
● Excessive returns, excessive failure to pick up orders at convenience stores, frequent order cancellations, two returns per order, requested returns for items different than the actual returned item, returns of intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie, tights, etc.) that the store has stated cannot be returned, incomplete return packaging, or buyers who engage in personal attacks... will be blacklisted without prior notice.
►Notes◄
★ If a product is out of stock, the out-of-stock item will be canceled (once placed, the order cannot be exchanged, so it will be canceled immediately) without further notice. If an item is canceled due to out-of-stock conditions and a discount was applied to the item, the total amount will be deducted from the discount, and the coupon will not be refunded.
★ Due to system issues, orders placed before 23:59 may be missed. Please avoid purchasing during this time. All other times are normal.
★ The platform is set up by the 91APP system. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Please cancel and re-order online if necessary. Coupons cannot be refunded for any reason once an order is canceled.
★ Once a coupon is used, regardless of cancellation, out-of-stock, or return, the portion of the coupon used will not be refunded.
★ Funds on the Tangguanzi "Official Website/91APP" are processed and refunded by 91APP and are not directly deposited into Tangguanzi's account. Therefore, for any issues regarding reconciliation or refunds, please contact 91APP customer service directly (02-7723-1622).
★Invoice and refund-related issues are handled by 91APP. Therefore, inquiries will be reviewed and responded to directly by 91APP staff. 91APP processing and response times are approximately 10 business days. Tangguanzi customer service cannot handle these inquiries. Therefore, please carefully select the category when inquiring to avoid delays in receiving a response or processing time.
★ For defective items other than obvious holes or stains, to avoid discrepancies between the buyer's description and customer service, buyers are asked to take photos of the defective item and send them to customer service at jacky5318@yahoo.com.tw. This will confirm the extent of the defect and notify the manufacturer for review. If this is unsuccessful, please do not place an order to avoid any transaction disputes.
