TADA Driver - Fair ride-hailing service

I drive a taxi and tried using TADA for less than three months. During the morning rush, from 6 AM to 9:30 AM, my phone buzzed nonstop with jobs. It felt like an avalanche of ride requests. I had to keep accepting them to avoid a penalty fee of $1.08 for cancellations. After a while, I noticed charges popping up when transferring money to my bank account. Once I moved all my earnings, I decided to stop using TADA. Now, I only open the app to check for hot spots, then I head there to catch fares. Overall, not a great experience with the app.

Customer service can be frustrating sometimes. I already went over the map inaccuracies for drop-off and pick-up points, yet they still blame me for the mistakes. When I tried to explain again, it only made them more upset. It feels like they don’t want to hear both sides. Investigate properly, please. I wish I could give zero stars instead of just one. I’m really let down. And to those who keep complaining about low fares, stop accepting advance orders. This is messing with the surge pricing.

The notification sound just won't stop, no matter what. Even after turning it off in the settings, it keeps buzzing. The app doesn’t give any option for silence, which is so frustrating. It just carries on making noise in the background, even when I close it.

This app has reached a new low! I submitted an update about my temporary car, and now I'm logged out. The app can't recognize my documents. It should just go back to my original car status. It's been five days without access! I've sent countless messages, but no one responds. Their so-called customer service is non-existent.

Instant cashout and zero commission really stand out. They definitely deserve five stars. Driving on the taxi platform has its challenges. Job allocation feels a bit limited at times. Looking forward to Tada possibly introducing flat fares for taxi drivers soon. That would make a big difference!

TADA is an awesome app. I really enjoy using it. I've been a fan for about two years now. It would be great if TADA could do more advertising to spread the word. More people should know about this fantastic app. I also think adding a request feature for riders to make orders could be helpful, not just PING. I'm here cheering for you, TADA!
