Q. Am I able to ride with my pets?

A. TADA does not impose any restrictions on travelling with pets. We would recommend that you check with the driver if he is comfortable with

pets in his car.

Q. Will I be penalised if I cancel my ride after it has been matched?

A. Your cancellation rating will be affected if you cancel a ride. Your cancellation rate is visible to the drivers. You are encouraged to maintain a

low cancellation rating to ensure a higher match rate with drivers.

Q. Can I book a ride on behalf of someone else?

A. Absolutely. Drivers accept order based on the pick-up location and destination. As long as these fields are provided, you can book a ride on

behalf of anyone.

Q. What happens if the car breaks down in the middle of my ride?

A. TADA drivers continuously ensure that their  cars are well-maintained. However, in the unfortunate event when the car breaks down, drivers will end the ride and request riders to make another booking.

Q. What are TADA's helpdesk hours?

A. TADA's Helpdesk hours are from Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm.

Q. What are the actions taken for misbehaved drivers?

A. TADA will investigate each reported case thoroughly and exercise discretion on any disciplinary action on a case-by-case basis.

    I attempted to hail a taxi for the first time. The app told the driver to go to a spot 1km away from where I was waiting. Rather than speaking up, they just canceled the ride. It was really disappointing. I don't think I will give this another shot.

    Oh, this ride-hailing service is more affordable than Grab and Gojek, and it's pretty easy to find available drivers. Let's hope they can keep it up. Later on when I used it more, I noticed some issues. Firstly, the map doesn't show the exact location accurately when I drop a pin. Secondly, there's no way to send a message to the driver. For some reason, my "Enter" key acts as a line break, and there's no button to actually send the message. Thirdly, when you call the driver, it dials through your regular phone app, which means both sides can see each other's phone numbers.

    I received a TADA voucher from AXS, so I decided to try out the TADA app for two rides. During both rides, I encountered some issues with the final payment prices. Firstly, I booked a taxi with a displayed price of $12.30, but when a private car arrived instead. The driver explained that TADA had not updated his car type on their platform. Secondly, there was a price discrepancy for a taxi ride I ordered. The fare displayed was $12.30, but the driver requested $15.20 in cash. Lastly, when I booked a private car ride with a displayed price of $13.30, everything seemed to be in order.

    The driver just won't come to pick us up and is hanging around the same place. This is the worst time I've ever had with Tada. We waited for over 20 minutes even though it said five minutes on the app. After such a long wait, the driver cancelled. Tada didn't do anything to assist, and now I can't even report this driver through the website.

    The location accuracy and navigation route were terrible. It didn't pay attention when I manually pinned the correct spot, instead directing the driver to a random place based on the estate name. And then, it kept suggesting longer routes that involved unnecessary right and left turns, resulting in lengthy detours. It seemed to have overlooked the option of taking U-turns and using smoother, less traffic-filled roads that would have been faster. To cut costs compared to Gojek, you need to be vigilant and give the driver instructions yourself while keeping an eye on the road.

    There aren't many cars available in the North, making it hard to find a ride. The prices are much higher than Grab, almost double.
