Q. Am I able to ride with my pets?
A. TADA does not impose any restrictions on travelling with pets. We would recommend that you check with the driver if he is comfortable with
pets in his car.
Q. Will I be penalised if I cancel my ride after it has been matched?
A. Your cancellation rating will be affected if you cancel a ride. Your cancellation rate is visible to the drivers. You are encouraged to maintain a
low cancellation rating to ensure a higher match rate with drivers.
Q. Can I book a ride on behalf of someone else?
A. Absolutely. Drivers accept order based on the pick-up location and destination. As long as these fields are provided, you can book a ride on
behalf of anyone.
Q. What happens if the car breaks down in the middle of my ride?
A. TADA drivers continuously ensure that their cars are well-maintained. However, in the unfortunate event when the car breaks down, drivers will end the ride and request riders to make another booking.
Q. What are TADA's helpdesk hours?
A. TADA's Helpdesk hours are from Monday - Friday, 10am to 7pm.
Q. What are the actions taken for misbehaved drivers?
A. TADA will investigate each reported case thoroughly and exercise discretion on any disciplinary action on a case-by-case basis.
