The best way to find out what company produces your show is to watch the credits.

How do I get SYFY?

We are aware of the few cable affiliates in the country that don't presently carry us and are doing everything we can to get them to do so. If your cable provider does not have SYFY, we encourage you to write them and ask them for it!

    There are tons of ads, 4 in each set, with each one being 13 seconds long and you can't skip them. The ad markers are placed every 8 to 10 minutes, so for a 45-minute video, that's about 16 ads per video. It's frustrating because you can't skip any of them. Also, when I was waiting for a new episode to come out, I realized many shows are locked and unavailable to watch.

    This app is so full of bugs! The first time I tried it on my Pixel 4, it worked fine. But after that, it just won't play any more videos. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no luck. And then I used it on my Amazon Fire Stick - constant restarts of the Fire Stick, buffering problems, ads and the show playing at the same time even when I closed the app. I had to restart everything to stop it. It's so glitchy. I would be willing to pay for a better app. Maybe that's their strategy?

    There are too many ads on the app. Sometimes there are just 2, sometimes as many as 6 ads at once! That's really too much. Especially when there are 4 to 5 ad breaks in each episode, it feels like drowning in advertisements. I wanted to keep using this app, but because of how terrible the ad situation is, I'll have to delete it after I finish season 2 of Chucky. If they offered a subscription plan to get rid of the ads, I would definitely be interested in that.

    The app is terrible. The subtitles keep turning off or getting out of sync randomly. Sometimes they even switch to subtitles from a different show. When I attempt to go back 30 seconds, it only rewinds to the exact moment when I hit the rewind button. If I try to drag the progress bar back, I end up having to watch all the commercial breaks in a row before returning to where I was before. Additionally, whenever I try to cast to another device, my phone keeps restarting. It's impossible to use.
