How can I exchange points?

Point Exchange shows you items that you can exchange. Click the item and follow the instruction. Some items require more information, such as your PayPal account, to complete the exchange.

I couldn't receive points after survey participation.

You can receive points in real-time for most of the surveys you answer. However, some surveys take more time to be rewarded. The estimated time for your reward is shown on the survey cover, the first page you'll see when you click each survey on the survey list. Please check Survey Participation History to check progress of rewarding.

I completed answering survey, why points aren't added immediately？

Some surveys take longer time to approve the your answer and send points to you. Please check your Approval Status in Survey Participation History. Once your answer is approved, the Approval Status will change from Pending to Approved and you will receive the points.

I encountered error while I participate in a survey.

In most cases, technical problems will be resolved when you wait for a while and try again. If the same error persists, please send us inquiry by providing the survey ID and a screen shot, if possible. We deeply apologise for any inconvenience caused by technical errors and will do our best to solve them.

Why do I get minimum points when I complete survey to the end？

Please check your answer status in Survey Participation History.

If it's Screenout or Quotafull, it means that the survey has been ended in the middle.

If its Inadequate, it means your answer was considered insincere and cannot be rewarded.

There isn't survey I can answer.

Though we're trying our best to send you surveys as much as possible, your survey list might not show any new surveys occasionally. Please enjoy entertainment on surveyon and wait for the new survey with patience.

Why do I have to answer Profiling Survey?

    The app is acting up, and it’s frustrating. It won’t let you access the HOME option. You tap it, and the message pops up saying there’s no internet connection. But you check, and everything looks good. High-speed internet, full bars on your signal. This issue has been ongoing for three months. Constant errors make it hard to use the app. You wonder if it means surveys are no longer available for you. That thought adds to your frustration. You want a solution. Uninstalling the app feels like an option, but you’d rather not go that route. Fixing this situation would bring relief.

    The app has great features and a fresh new look. It’s enjoyable to use. However, I sometimes find myself frustrated. I’ve completed surveys worth 3000 to 6000 points, and the survey history shows that I finished them. The notifications promise that points will be rewarded within 45 days. Unfortunately, those rewards never appear. It would be great if this could be fixed.
