How do I pay for my order?
We currently accept the following methods of payment: Alipay HK, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners, GrabPay SG, JCB, Kakao, KCP, MasterCard, PayPal, and Visa. Transactions are considered cross-border and some additional fees may apply.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
All orders are shipped with DHL Express. Please find the breakdown in the table below: Why do my billing and shipping address have to match? We require that your billing and shipping address match as an additional step to prevent credit card fraud.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after one hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us using the contact form with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping time depends on your location. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification, and an additional 7-10 business day for delivery.

You will not be charged any extra tax or customs.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will get a confirmation and a tracking number from DHL.
What time do you update your online shop?
Generally, we update our online shop at 11 AM local time.
When are particular items released?
Most of our items do not have set release dates. Please sign up for the Supreme newsletter. From there you will be able to subscribe to receive email alerts each time we release a product.
Do you re-stock your inventory?
On occasion we will re-stock some of our inventory items. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site.
I've added an item to my cart, but it is now sold out.
Products on our site are sold on a first come, first served basis. While you are in the process of checking out, another customer may have completed the purchase of the last available item.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do not offer gift cards through the web shop however you can purchase a gift card at the Supreme Seoul store.
