Q. Are all your products fresh and genuine?

A. Definitely, 100%. We never sell anything other than genuine brand items on our website.

Our products are sourced from around the world, so a small number of the products sold on our website may look slightly different from what you have at home, but the products are still 100% genuine and produced by the original manufacturer for that particular brand. For example, a product sold in the US may differ in appearance from the same product sold in France or Japan, but the product is still genuine.

Q: I checked the batch code on the box, it shows the product was manufactured 10 years ago, why are you selling expired items?

A: Most products do not have expiration dates and are only assigned batch codes as they are given a maximum of 36 months shelf life by the manufacturers.

As for most fragrance items, there is no shelf life. Traditionally, all cosmetics manufacturers when questioned, provide very long life to all their products, partly due to their widespread distribution throughout the world with a very large range of products.

Online batch code calculators are not trustable sources to verify batch codes as these websites are not operated by the manufacturers. For example, some batch code calculators would indicate an item being manufactured in 2001, but, in fact, the item was only newly launched in 2021.

As such, to verify manufacturing and/or expiry dates, we suggest that you contact the manufacturer directly.

Q. Do you provide samples?

We gladly provide free samples but they are subject to availability, so we can't guarantee they will be included with all orders.

Q. Would you be able to find something not listed on your website?

A. Quite possibly. We have an extensive global supplier network which ensures our product range is the largest anywhere on the internet so we just might be able to find what you're looking for, even if it's been discontinued in your country. If you have ordered an item before but don't see it listed anymore, it is most likely just sold out. We are normally able to replenish stock within a week so keep checking regularly. Unfortunately we are unable to notify individual customers when stock arrives or when the next shipment is coming in, so please keep checking the website for the latest stock update.

Q. I have x type skin, with y characteristics and z problems. What type of product would suit me best?

Q. Do you ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO Addresses?

A. Yes, we ship to valid PO Box and military addresses. However, we only ship by non registered post to such addresses as this is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt. Please note if you choose this option, which we don't recommend, you are accepting liability for non delivery for whatever reason. Non registered post cannot be tracked.

Q. Will there be any taxes/customs duties?

We currently ship to over 190 countries excluding France, Monaco, and Turkey.

    The app has issues. Scrolling causes it to freeze repeatedly. It tries to resolve itself but fails. Eventually, it crashes completely. Frustrating experience.

    This website is frustrating and misleading. It doesn't display prices in Australian dollars at all. Everything shows up in British pounds. On top of that, everything costs at least 10% more than what I found on the strawberry website. Be careful when using it! I ended up wasting half an hour of my time.

    This app has only a few currencies available. New Zealand dollar is not one of them. My settings won’t update to show I’m from New Zealand. It keeps displaying Pitcairn Island instead, which is not right. Frustrating. I’ve decided to uninstall it. It’s useless if I have to do conversions myself to see if there are any savings.

    I've had great experiences with Strawberrynet. Their prices are fantastic, and the wait for delivery to the UK is totally worth it. Sometimes I've encountered import costs, but when I reach out about reimbursement, they always come through as promised on their website.     I absolutely love the products! The Matrix Alma Indian oil, shampoo, and conditioner are my favorites. They make my hair feel so silky and healthy. The app is super user-friendly and has the brand I enjoy the most. However, the prices are pretty steep. Adding in currency differences and extra costs makes it quite a hit to the wallet. A little bit of a shock for sure!

    I’ve been using the website for years. Gave the app a shot and felt really let down! Setting up my account was a hassle. When I picked New Zealand, it kept defaulting to Pitcairn Island. That meant the currency wouldn’t switch to NZD. Ten minutes of frustration made me uninstall the app and go back to the website. This glitch needs fixing. It’s just ridiculous!

    The latest update ruined the app. Buying anything through it became impossible. The link to the basket gives an internet connection error despite being connected. It feels like they want to prevent users from getting that extra 5%.

    The app works pretty well. If you're in the European Union, ordering isn't a great idea. Customs fees come into play. Prices listed in Euro can be misleading. I thought it was shipping from within the EU. Turns out, it's not. I ordered something for about 20 Euros and ended up paying around 15 Euros in import tax. Quite a surprise!
