With the free app of the Sparda banks, you can conveniently do your mobile banking from your smartphone or tablet anywhere.

SpardaApp: Convenient Mobile Banking for Sparda-Bank Customers

SpardaApp by Sopra Financial Technology is a free mobile banking app that allows customers of Sparda-Bank West eG, Sparda-Bank Hessen eG, and Sparda-Bank Ostbayern eG to manage their accounts from their smartphones or tablets. With SpardaApp, users can perform a variety of banking tasks, including checking their account balance, making transfers, setting up standing orders, and finding cash machines in the CashPool network.

The app also offers additional features, such as fingerprint login (for Android 6.0 and above) and photo transfers. Users can even withdraw and deposit money without a bank card by generating a barcode with SpardaBargeld and using SpardaAppHeber to withdraw cash from participating Sparda-Bank ATMs.

SpardaApp provides high-level security measures, including individual passwords (Masterpasswort), encryption of customer number and online PIN, and SSL-encrypted data transfer. The app also offers the SpardaSecureApp for convenient transaction approvals and photo transfers, which require a mobile device with acceleration sensors, camera, autofocus, and flash.

• Fast login with fingerprint (from Android 6.0 - please note that we currently do not support older fingerprint sensors that are not natively supported by Google's fingerprint hardware for security reasons.)

Security:

• The application is secured by an individual password (master password).

• Highest application security through encryption of customer number and online PIN by a device-specific token.

• Transaction approval procedures: In addition to the chip-TAN process, the SpardaSecureApp is available for convenient transaction approval.

Requirements for using photo transfers:

To use photo transfers, you need a mobile device with

• Acceleration sensors

• Camera

• Camera flash / photo light

• Autofocus

Please also note:

• We recommend an Android operating system from version 5.0 for running the app.

• User-specific data created will be migrated during version updates. This includes set up bank connections as well as the master password if it complies with the security guidelines of the current application (at least six characters).
