SP156: City Hall without leaving home. Or wherever you may be!
You're already familiar with this number: it's the same old 156, which you've probably called before to make a request or complaint to the city hall. But now, as part of the Citizen Service Policy implementation, SP156 has become much more modern, recording requests and offering services directly on your mobile phone.
The new version of the application is lighter and offers 10 services that you can request without leaving home, whether you're walking the dog, heading to work, or going to school. SP156 uses georeferencing to identify your location and facilitate indicating where the service should be provided. You can also take a photo or attach one from the gallery when opening a request.
For some services, it's possible to submit the request anonymously: just select the "Register anonymously" option to hide registration data.
To access the application, you need to log into your account. Use the same login as the other SP156 channels or quickly create a new account using your email and CPF.
If you don't find the service in the application, request it through other SP156 channels: SP156 Portal or Central SP156 (call 156). There are over 950 services available, and about 400 of them you can request directly on the Portal. Without leaving home.
