SL - Ticket purchasing and management

The previous version was better and easier to use. This one keeps asking for GPS even though I already know my stops. It doesn't show your real-time location, and when you go back after checking a route, it resets all the filters and trip information. It's frustrating, I feel let down.

As a tourist, I could buy tickets easily and use the QR codes without any problems at all.

The app can be tricky to use. It asks you, "where do you want to travel?" but what you type in is actually your starting point, not where you want to go. Even if I type a location I've saved as a favorite, it still brings up other stations with the same name first. Update: After the developers read my feedback - I should be able to close my ticket by pressing the 'back' button instead of using a button in the top corner. Additionally, a route that was searched previously with the 'depart-now' option doesn't update to a new time when refreshed later.

Oh, today was just terrible. The bus left before its scheduled time, so I missed it. On my way back, I found out that the stations along my route had changed. It was hard to make it back home. I had to switch between three buses and one metro just to travel less than 5km. What a mess! And now, there's this new €135 ticket just to enter the airport, even if you take the commuter train. How shameless.

Trains should run on time and provide accurate departure information. But, they fail to do both things correctly. The app displayed that all was good and the trains were on schedule when I checked the departures. However, upon reaching the station, it turned out to be entirely false. The next train was set for 18 minutes after the one I intended to take in just 3 minutes. During prolonged system failures, the app consistently presents incorrect times that contradict the data displayed at the stations.

The app's user interface is terrible, it keeps asking for my location which gets on my nerves. And the swish payment option always seems to have problems. Why change things that aren't broken? Now it gives wrong arrival times and shows routes that disappear without warning, messing up my plans completely. It's just awful!

Your choices are quite limited. It's best to get individual tickets from a booth when you can, as the service can be unpredictable. Another option is to use a cash card for a more budget-friendly alternative. I only resort to using this app when I am lost and intoxicated late at night. However, even in those desperate situations, this app has overcharged me so much that taking an Uber would have been more cost-effective.

Before going to Stockholm, I installed this app. When I got there, I entered my credit card details for payment. The app made a test transaction of 0.00, which I saw in my banking app. So, I tried to buy a 3-day ticket but got an error message saying "Something went wrong." I then deleted the card and used a debit card instead. Even after verifying the 0.00 transaction again, I still couldn't buy the ticket. It appears that the app doesn't work well with UK bank or credit cards. In the end, I had to buy an SL travel card from the metro kiosk.

The app is much better now. It would be nice to see some weekend ticket offers since many of us work from home during the week.
