How do I display prices in my local currency?

As a background, the majority of ShopLook's products are added by users in our community using our web clipper tool. While they shop their favorite store, they are able to add those products to ShopLook to share with the community and create outfits. 

For this reason, you will find a range of products on ShopLook that offer different currencies and limitations of where those stores may ship their products. 

ShopLook is a product and outfit discovery platform and not a retail site. We do not sell products or benefit from products sold through ShopLook. For this reason, we keep the original currency of the product based on the source that it was added from. 

For example, if a user added a product from the US version of Topshop, we import the price as it was at the time it was added and allow other users to link back to the exact page that the product was originally added from. 

We think keeping the original price is an important way to help users know if that store is likely to ship the product within their region. 

You will find that the majority of the products on ShopLook are in USD. This is simply due to the fact that we are a US-based company and 80%+ of our users are based here.

How can I download the ShopLook app on my Android device?

We love our Android users but unfortunately, do not have an app available for the Android devices at this time. 

We have done our best to make the mobile web experience for ShopLook as friendly as possible but we understand that an app makes this even a better experience. 

We hope to make an Android app available in the future. 

How do I report an inappropriate image?

We discourage our community from adding offensive and violent images (Community Guidelines).

If you see an image that is disturbing, please report the image to us by contacting us directly at hi@shoplook.io and include the following: A link to the image or a description of how you found it (ex. a search term used).

How do I delete an image I had previously uploaded?

You can easily remove images that you have previously uploaded either using your device images or our web clipper.

Navigate to your dashboard page

Click on the 'images' tab

Click the 'delete' icon (looks like a garbage can) on any image you would like to delete

Confirm by clicking 'Yes' in the pop-up

iOS users

 Navigate to your 'Account' tab

Click on the 'uploads' section

Click the delete icon (looks like a garbage can)
