For over a year, I tried to stick with this app, hoping things would improve. Now it’s just worse. Shopping for digital deals is impossible when the app won’t let me in. Missing out on specials means losing out on savings. The store isn’t able to help either. Only the admin team can do anything, but getting their support feels like a joke. They don’t grasp what’s happening on my screen. I can’t believe it, but I might have to head back to Walmart. Ugh!

I love shopping at United for groceries. It makes everything so much easier. They really go the extra mile for their guests. A week ago, I had some trouble with the app. Thankfully, they fixed it quickly, and now it works perfectly for me.

Checkout is a hassle right now. The app gets stuck on the rewards screen. Just one reward point left. I have to take milk out of my cart to move on. I didn’t want to go into the store, but it looks like I’ll have to since the app is acting up. Might just head to HEB instead. This constant updating is frustrating. Each time it breaks something new. A clear bug at checkout prevents moving forward with milk in the cart and only one point. Such a headache!

Every time, I enter my password. It just keeps saying wrong password. So frustrating! This app used to work fine when I first downloaded it. Now it’s a hassle for us older folks. Pages take ages to load too. What a waste of mobile data!

This app really let me down. I wasted most of my morning putting together a shopping list, but then I couldn't make the purchase. Customer service was nowhere to be found. I ended up deleting my account and decided to shop somewhere else. HEB has a fantastic grocery selection and amazing customer service. They completely outshine this place. I used to spend a lot of money here, but not anymore. They've lost all my business.

This app drives me crazy. I spend time filling up my cart, and then it suddenly empties on its own. Trying to check out turns into a nightmare. Sometimes I search for items, type in every possible description, and still come up empty-handed. I know the store has what I need, but I can't find it. Because of this, I've started shopping at other places instead. Frustration levels are high.

This app is so frustrating. I keep trying to see the weekly ad. I tap the button, pick a store, then the screen loads. It just sends me back to the home page every time. I repeat the process, and guess what? Back to the home page again. This cycle never ends. I haven't seen the ad at all.
