How do I register to be a Shipper?

After installing the app, open it and you will see the login screen. If you are not yet registered with Shippify and want to be a delivery person, click on "Register as a driver" and follow the steps.

Fill in the requested information: City, Full Name, Phone Number, Email and Password.

The screen below will appear for you, then just follow the steps and send the documents.

The process is super quick and easy. With just 4 documents you can complete your registration on the app.

Important: Check if you have entered all the information correctly before finalizing your registration. Check especially if your email is correct, otherwise you will not receive our emails with important communications.

Remember that access via the website is exclusive to companies.

Shippers only have access to the App.

Required documentation and how to submit

The documents are:

Proof of address must be in your name or in your parents' name and dated up to three months ago. We accept credit card bills, water, electricity, telephone bills, etc.

Criminal Record Certificates related to your state or issued by the Federal Government website are accepted. Find out where to issue them by clicking here.

You are not allowed to enter an emergency contact with a phone number that is similar to your personal phone number.

We do not require vehicles of specific years or models. Your vehicle must be in good condition and with up-to-date documentation.

Only updated vehicle documents will be accepted (document from 2023 or 2024). In addition, it must be issued digitally containing the QR Code for reading, as shown in the image below:

If your driver's license has a renewal/issue date from 2019 onwards, it must also contain the QR Code for reading, which is on the back of the document. We also accept digital CNH with QR Code, check the image below:
