If you’re in a good mood and your schedule allows, switch your status to “connected,” and you will receive requests from clients in nearby shops. Head to the store, purchase the requested item, and deliver it directly to the client while collecting payment and delivery fees in cash.

The app features up-to-date Google Maps for navigating to the store and customer delivery points. There is also an option for instant messaging and contacting the client by phone.

Shgardi does not require any specific type or model of vehicle. What truly matters is your enthusiasm for helping others and your unbounded ambition.

How to make an order?

Step 1: Select "Delivery" or "Pick Up" as the type of order.

Step 2: Look for the desired cuisine, product, or store/restaurant.

Step 3: Locate/Write down the item(s) and quantity preferred.

Step 4: Place them in your cart.

Step 5: Check your cart to make sure you have everything you need.

Step 6: Click the "Check out" button.

Step 7: Make sure you enter your address correctly in order for it to be delivered as soon as possible.

Step 8: Select a payment method for your order.

Step 9: Finally, press the "Place Order" button.

If necessary, you can contact the assigned courier through the order's chat room.

How to apply a promo code?

After you've finished shopping, go to the "Checkout" page and enter the promo code in the "Promo Code" section, then click the arrow. Only two payment methods will be available: online and wallet.

You cannot use the cash method when using a promo code.

What are the payment methods?

You can use your bank account as a payment instrument on our platform or pay cash upon delivery.

To process your online transaction of directly paying for your order or charging up your app wallet, you can use Visa, MasterCard, MADA, or Apple Pay.

Orders will be placed with the funds charged to your app wallet. If you enabled the "Pay with wallet first" setting. This option can be enabled or disabled via the "Wallet" page.

You must have sufficient funds on your credit, debit, or app wallet to complete an order payment.

What is the shipping method for the wallet?

Recharging the wallet is by logging into your personal account Then go to the wallet and click on “Recharge the wallet” and add your card data.

I have placed an order now, when can I pay?

Once you accept the order from Al-Shgardi and go to the store and explain to you a purchase in the conversation and attach it to the invoice with the order, you can pay in this case

Change payment method

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order, you can't change the payment method because it will affect both the store's and restaurant's as well as the courier's experiences.

Modify my order

Our app cart is completely customizable and modifiable, and you can make any necessary additions or removals before placing your order. As a result, once an order is placed, it cannot be changed.

Incorrect location (store/delivery)

Unfortunately, the address for the desired store or delivery location cannot be changed once you have placed your order because it will affect the distance between both locations and thus the required delivery fee.
