I can't log in or register for RTBF Actus or Auvio.

The registration/login window isn't displayed. Why?

This may be due to the installation of plugins or extensions such as Adblock, Ghostery, Purify, uBlock, Facebook Container, etc. These may generate an error or block the registration window. In this case, deactivate the plugin for the website www.rtbf.be and/or www.auvio.rtbf.be in your browser settings.

I can't change the email address for my account. What should I do?

If you have changed your email address, you won't be able to change it in your profile. Since our services don't have access to it, this operation must be carried out by you. You must then delete the account linked to your old email address and create a new account with your new email address.

To delete an account, click on:

your first name or avatar;

Manage my profile;

Delete my account.

To resubscribe to RTBF newsletters with your new email address:

If you wish to receive RTBF newsletters at your new address,

Go to rtbf.be;

Log in with your new email address;

Click on your first name or avatar in the top right corner;

Select "My newsletters"

Select the subscriptions you are interested in.

I requested a new password but I haven't received it!

If you already have an RTBF Actus/Auvio account and have requested a new password by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link, you will receive an email valid for one hour in which you can enter your new password. Remember to check your spam and junk mail folders.
