    Using a debit card for payment would speed things up. Right now, only the bank option is available, which takes two to three days to process. Paying with a debit card means the amount gets deducted immediately. When managing rental payments, efficiency matters. Make smart choices.

    The app works well for me most of the time. A couple of frustrations stand out. I used to access my payment history easily, but now I can only see the last three charges. This limits my ability to track previous payments. It would also be nice to select the amount of my last payment directly. Figuring it out manually each time is a hassle before my property management company adds new charges. Lastly, I can't find options to reach customer service or share feedback.

    This company makes it impossible to reach them by phone. I have tried emailing and calling multiple times, but they ignore everything. The office fees are exorbitant. The struggle to resolve issues feels overwhelming. I received one phone call from them when I first signed the lease, and nothing since then. I do not recommend leasing a house from them. They aren't even based in Michigan. It feels wrong for big companies to buy houses outside their own states.
