You've been using the app for some time. You've got the latest version, yet that pesky error -3 keeps popping up. You’ve checked everything. No issues with placement. Ten attempts made. Rebooted your phone and reinstalled the app. Still stuck with the same problem. Each time it takes ages to get your coupon money back, which is incredibly frustrating. A fix would be much appreciated!

Frustrating experience. The app won’t let you buy a train ticket without detecting a nearby station using GPS. It demands location services, draining the battery. On my way to the train, I couldn’t book my ride ahead of time. Had to scramble at the last minute. Super annoying!

This app transforms the game. No more getting credit from drivers on buses. Most people carry smartphones now, so charging is a breeze. Sure, it doesn’t help those without the app, but that’s a different issue. It’s super user-friendly and makes navigating public transportation smoother than ever.

The translation is a mess. "Subscription Bought throw the app will be shown here" absolutely ridiculous. I pointed this out to HopOn over two years ago as a UX writer in Tel Aviv, yet nothing has changed. A small fix would make a huge difference. Even worse, my card only gets detected when my phone is charging. If I’m not plugged in, it's a no-go, even with 99% battery and Bluetooth turned off. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S9. Frustrating!
