[Health Insurance Reform Diary] offers the "Embracing the Cloud - Benefitting Patients and Physicians" e-book, highlighting significant policy reforms and operational enhancements introduced by the National Health Insurance Department since 2016.

[Health Passbook] allows users to access medical and health-related records such as medication details, test results, imaging reports, and pathology findings. Users can also manage their family's health profiles to monitor the well-being of elders and children.

[Health Insurance Counter] enables users to review premium payment histories, settle health insurance dues online, apply for insurance cards, scrutinize insurance records, request insurance certificates, and update personal mailing addresses.

[Virtual Health Insurance Card] promotes the use of digital health insurance cards in home healthcare, telemedicine, and virtual consultations, aligning with the government's smart healthcare and digital initiatives.

[Hospital Search] helps users locate nearby or specific medical facilities using map-based filters, providing information on service hours and consultation options.

[Medical Guide] furnishes details about home healthcare facilities, authorized medications, specialized materials, payment rates, price comparisons for self-funded medical supplies, reimbursement procedures for out-of-pocket expenses, and updates on severe injury and illness card applications.

[Health App Integration] links to the user's Health App data, displaying agreed-upon health metrics like blood pressure, heart rate, blood oxygen levels, height, weight, and body temperature in the Health Passbook section of the AutoPass app. Users can update this data using the app's "My Data" feature.

[Additional Features] Following identity verification, users can access personal vaccination status inquiries in Taiwan, including COVID-19 vaccine statuses.

Perform device authentication

After downloading, open the APP. First-time users must complete the authentication before logging in to view personal information. Please click "Health Passbook" or "Health Insurance Counter" to authenticate the device.

"Health Passbook" authentication method:

(1) Click the "Health Passbook" icon and enter the "Device authentication and login to start using" option.

(2) After entering the login screen, click "Device Authentication".

(3) Select mobile phone authentication and click “Start authentication” on the right.

(4) Prepare your health insurance card number, a SIM card in your name, turn off WIFI and use 4G/5G network.

(5) Enter the last 4 digits of your health insurance card number, your mobile phone number, and your ID number. Set your registration password and complete the authentication.

※To ensure the security of personal medical treatment and health information, [Mobile Phone Authentication] is limited to using "monthly subscription number" and "personal 4G or above mobile network" applied by "person", and the identity can be confirmed by the telecommunications operator to which the number belongs.

※If you use a prepaid card, or the number is not applied for by yourself, or you use a company number, please use [Device Code Authentication] instead. [Device Code Authentication] requires a computer and a card reader, and you must use a health insurance card or a natural person certificate for authentication.
