I only downloaded Monobank for the cashback. Didn't receive any cashback because card verification took 2-3 days. (Update a week later: now the card doesn't show up in the app at all, have to add it again). Doesn't show all available tickets (chose train 118k, but no option for a berth). Regarding your response: on the Ukrzaliznytsia website, both regular and berth tickets are displayed. If you were honest about showing available tickets, you would have added a note that not all available tickets are shown.

That app is pretty cool, but my ticket purchase didn't go through in the app. I mean, I paid for it, money was deducted, I got the ticket via email, but the app still asks me to pay. There must have been some error - it says "cannot POST on route with transactions".

Constant glitches. Troublesome reservation system. Unable to update in real-time during operation.

After I paid for the ticket, money was taken from me but the ticket was canceled as unpaid. I contacted support, but it didn't help. In the end, I had to ask employees at my bank to cancel the transaction. Also, the service has no protection even at a basic level. The login is your last name and the password is the last 4 digits of the card number! This is very unsafe because neither of these things is hidden. Even just knowing those 4 digits, a password picker can quickly come up with a combination of 4 digits!

The app isn't working. Tried to refund the ticket, but no luck. Both through the website and the app, for 90 minutes, nothing worked out. In the tech support chat, they suggested going to the counter, but physically couldn't do that. They didn't offer anything else to solve the situation. 0 service, 0 app functioning, they can take the money, but can't process refunds - server is down. Not recommended.

There is this typical service acting as a middleman; the official website of Ukrainian Railways offers tickets that are 50-100 hryvnias cheaper. It's unclear why anyone would even bother using this app.

Oh no, what a nightmare! I can't choose a seat, the train car layout won't load on the computer program or browser. Errors keep popping up, so frustrating! Instead of buying a ticket at home, had to take a taxi in the middle of the night to the train station. Thank you so much for this convenience.

The website is straightforward to navigate, however, the prices are 60hrn more expensive compared to the official railway site.
