PlayRenfe serves as the platform for Wi-Fi connectivity and entertainment during your travels with Renfe and at Cercanías suburban rail stations. You can connect online using your devices, enhancing your travel experience by working, watching movies, following live football matches, enjoying your favorite shows, and much more.
You can find this service indicated by the PlayRenfe icon next to the door on all train coaches.
The service is available for the entire duration of your journey. To make use of it, please follow these steps:
1.Access the settings on your device and select the PlayRenfe Wi-Fi network available on the train.
2.Log in by selecting one of these three methods:
- Enter your ticket number (you can scan the QR code found on your ticket).
- Use your Más Renfe card number; provide the ID or passport number you used to register with Más Renfe as your password.
- Use a promotional code.
By using our App, you will have access to a variety of content, including new film releases, live football featuring league matches and international tournaments, top series, children's programming, documentaries, games, books, magazines, music, and numerous other offerings.
