How much does Planday cost?

We offer different pricing plans to fit the needs of businesses – whatever their size. Whether you’re a small team or a larger organisation, Planday has you covered. Our starter plan gives you access to essential features like Punch Clock, simple and efficient scheduling, time tracking and communication tools to help you manage your workforce with ease. If you’re looking for more advanced features like custom reporting and payroll reporting, you might want to upgrade to the Plus plan.  And if you’re ready to go all out, the Pro plan offers top-of-the-line features like smart planning metrics, auto scheduling, custom permissions, open API and single sign on. For a fully-customised scheduling platform for very large businesses, we have the Enterprise plan. Packages are sold in increments of five users.

Who counts as a user on my Planday account?

A user is anyone with a login to your Planday account. You will be billed in bundles of five users. For example, if you have 23 users, you will be billed for 25 users.

Is there any additional cost?

If you need help getting set up, we offer paid onboarding services that can be tailored to your needs. Additionally, we charge a fee for each SMS message sent through Planday's messaging functionality.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

You can try Planday for 30 days at no cost. There is no obligation to buy and we don’t ask for credit card details. After 30 days, you can decide if you wish to continue.

    The app keeps kicking me out. Every time I try to use it, I have to log in again. I deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times. No improvement at all. It also won't let me switch between accounts now. On top of that, it's been really slow lately. When it works properly, it’s a nice app.

    I rely on my calendar daily to keep track of my work schedule. It helps me connect with colleagues through email or phone for handover information whenever shifts change. I can also chat with my manager about any immediate shift adjustments.

    It's really user-friendly. Just a button press, and you're good to go. But occasionally, it acts up. Sometimes, when you try to open the app, it just shuts down. Such a bummer!

    It started strong, then it just keeps disconnecting. I can't rely on it while I’m on the go, especially with sudden schedule changes. I’ve tried everything to fix it. I’ve installed and reinstalled several times with no luck. It’s frustrating because I depend on it every day for work.

    The app is super slow and frustrating. Trying to punch out feels like a race against time. It loads everything else before that punch out button. So annoying! Sometimes, it even tells you that you have no shifts at all. Such a hassle!

    It worked perfectly until today. After the update, I struggled to sign out of Shift. Logging in became a challenge too. I have a Samsung S7 Edge. Luckily, I managed to sort things out and logged out. Now, I just hope it works when I log back in.

    The app really needs calendar sync options. Juggling two calendars becomes a hassle. It would easily earn 4 or 5 stars if I could sync my work hours with Google Calendar.

    They demand your real email. No temporary ones allowed, just so they can flood your inbox with ads and promotions. It's super unethical. Just create a temporary email to dodge those annoying messages. Then, there’s the issue of creating employees. Stuck on the username problem. What a lousy app. In short, don't bother with this app. It's useless and frustrating. Many people gave it a 1-star rating.

    You’re enjoying the app but facing a problem with your Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. You can't open documents sent as messages. Frustrating, right? It seems the app suggests using a document reader but doesn’t provide any details on what to do next. To solve this, check out some popular document readers in the app store. Try Adobe Acrobat Reader; it’s reliable for PDF files. Google Drive can handle various formats too. Install one of these apps and give it another shot. Once installed, go back to the messages and see if you can open those documents now. Hopefully, that does the trick!

    It's frustrating. The system runs a bit slow. It offers location-based features. You can only sign in at certain places. Yet, there's no option for location-based sign-on and sign-off. This oversight is confusing.
