Pilot: myRewards+ - Earn & redeem rewards

The old app behaved well. But this new one? Not so much. It keeps crashing and won't let me in anymore. Plus, it doesn't even show fuel prices! I used to rely on that for my travel plans. The old app wasn't flawless, but at least it did its job right. This situation reminds me of the saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." You took an average app and turned it into a disaster. Please, bring back the old version or at least give us fuel prices! Fix this app ASAP.

At first, the app was doing fine. However, lately, when I click on "offers" and start scrolling down, it freezes and closes suddenly. I tried deleting and redownloading the app, but the issue persists. On August 22nd, the problem still hadn't been resolved, and I couldn't reach customer support. Fast forward to September 21st, and the app is still freezing with no help in sight from customer support. It's getting frustrating. Then on September 22nd, after updating my review the previous day, all of a sudden, my offers vanished. Quite strange turn of events.

I go fill up my tank every day and I always try to use the app to save some time and steer clear of those sneaky card skimmers. But let me tell you, that app is absolute trash when it comes to fueling up. Most of the time, it just won't load at all, and on the rare occasion it does, it moves slower than a turtle on an old-school dial-up connection. And if you actually manage to start the fueling process, good luck getting your code before it hits you with that dreaded "server error" message and kicks you back to square one. Seriously, how can an app be this terrible in the year 2023?

I'm happy that the app now lets you make reservations, but it's still quite cumbersome to navigate. You can only book one spot at a time, which means if you want to reserve spots for multiple days ahead, you're out of luck. Even after reserving a spot and checking out two days later, it still hasn't updated in the app, preventing me from making more reservations. It really shouldn't be this complicated. I prefer staying at T/A and Petro locations because their apps are much simpler to use.

This app is just awful. Every time I close it, I get logged out non-stop. The shower feature is a disaster too. It barely loads your number in line, struggles to reserve a slot, and overall, it's just terrible. I not only lose my spot for a shower, but also shower credits when I don't have power.

It's really simple to use. You can start fueling, book a parking spot, and even reserve a shower right from your truck. By scanning your card for each purchase, the receipt is automatically saved on the app, and you can easily email yourself the receipts. This helps us keep a record of all our fuel expenses. Thanks for always maintaining it so well!

I really dislike the Pilot app. Love's app is so much better. About a month ago, it happened again where I am signed out and lose my account. I attempt to log back in, but it shows an error message asking me to try again. Unfortunately, due to the late hour, I can't reach anyone on the phone for assistance. I already anticipate their suggestion to create a new account with a different email. In contrast, I have been using the Love's app for 8 years without any issues. Pilot Flying J really messed up with their app this year.

I have to use this app for my job as a truck driver. It's the worst one I've ever used, especially compared to other fueling apps. I have to try and use it every day except Sundays. It takes a long time to load, and sometimes doesn't load at all. It kicks me out unexpectedly, even in the middle of getting fuel. Sometimes when I have to re-enter everything, it just goes back to the same screen asking if I want mobile fueling or showers. It's been a bad experience for months now.

This app is giving me a lot of trouble. I always have to log in, and many features only work sometimes. I tried everything - uninstalling, reinstalling, rebooting my phone, even using it on my tablet. Now there's an update but I can't log in. It says it doesn't recognize my information, and keeps asking me to change my password. When I try to change my password, it won't send the email. And even when it does, it won't let me change my password.

I updated my app and it looks different now. The best part of it is gone - I used to be able to plan all my fuel stops along my route from the map screen in the little left-hand corner. Now, it's not as easy to use. It's difficult to find and when you do, it takes up half of your screen with your starting stop info and less map display.
