The Oslo Airport Express (train) offers the most convenient and comfortable way to travel from Oslo Airport to the city center. Trains leave every 10 minutes, with a quick journey time of just 19 minutes to Oslo Central station.

Haven't you received a receipt?
Flytoget app
Your receipt will normally arrive within 24 hours of your completed journey. If it still hasn't arrived, there are several possible reasons.
Is the information in your profile correct?
Card:
If you have received a new version of your card since the last time, the card number has usually changed and must be updated in your profile. Deleting the old one and registering a new card number is done in your profile under the "card" tab. As soon as the card number has been updated, the receipt will be available in your profile.
Please note that cards that are used both for ticketless and in-app purchases must be registered both in the app and at minside.flytoget.no in order for us to send you all receipts.
Email:
A new email address must be updated in your profile. Log in with your old email or phone number and password and change this under the "profile" tab by clicking "change" next to the address.
Could you have used a different card than the one in your profile?
If you have used a different card (e.g. you suspect that you may have used a MasterCard instead of a Visa card), add this to your profile together with the other registered card, and the receipt for the journey will appear in the overview immediately. You add cards under the "cards" tab and the "add card" button.
Could you have forgotten to validate your card at the departure station?
When you travel to the airport, it is important that you validate your card before boarding, so that the system knows where you are departing from. This way we can calculate the correct price for your trip. If you forget to validate your card, the receipt will be delayed by two days, as the system will look for your departure station. The price for the journey will then be calculated based on the longest distance, since we are missing the departure station.
Is it possible that you have not traveled without a ticket?
If you have been to one of our ticket machines and purchased a paper ticket there, the ticket will be your receipt for the purchase and you will not find this in the ticketless travel system for receipts. The ticket contains all the information you need for travel expenses.

They are on site every day from 05:00 - 23:00, and help you with things that have just been forgotten. Our lost and found office is at Oslo Airport, and here you can collect lost and found items during our opening hours. We can also send forgotten items to your home if you wish.
