5.In the app, your customer number is filled in automatically, so points and stamps are credited without extra steps.

Earn points faster

•Earn points worth 5% of every purchase.

•Conversion: 1 point = IDR 1,000, so spending IDR 20,000 earns 1 point.

•Softlens buyers also collect stamps, separate from points.

•Buying in the Optik Seis app is the smoothest way to make sure points and stamps are recorded.

Redeem the right way

•Reach 200 points to redeem and unlock Gold membership.

•Points redemption is in-store only.

•Blue Members get 10% off normal-price items in store.

•Gold Members get 20% off normal-price items in store.

•Member discounts apply to normal price only, in store only, and cannot be combined with other promotions.

Softlens stamp strategy

•Each box earns one stamp.

•Collect the required number of stamps of the same type for one free box.

•Stamps are earned on in-store and website purchases, redeemed in-store only.

•Stamp expiry depends on the brand principal.

2、How do I become a member?

Download the Optik Seis app and register with your phone number. The app is the only way to join, and your member QR code lives inside the app.

3、How are points calculated?

You earn points worth 5% of every purchase. 1 point equals IDR 1,000. For example, IDR 20,000 spent earns 1 point. Points are tracked in the app.

4、What are Softlens stamps?

They are a separate loyalty track for softlens buyers. Each box earns one stamp. Collect the required same-type stamps to get one free box. Stamps are earned in store and on the website, but redeemed in store only.

5、When do I unlock Gold membership?

At 200 points, which equals about IDR 4,000,000 in spend. You can then redeem points and use the Gold member discount in store.
