How to Order Glasses:

Please click on the image of the glasses you want.

Click "Add to Cart," then click "View Cart" in the dialog box when you're finished shopping. If you still want to shop, please click "Continue Shopping" to see other products. Click "Cart" in the top right corner to view your entire order/cart.

Ensure the glasses code and quantity you ordered are correct, then click "Proceed to Payment."

Enter your personal information and ensure all information is correct to avoid any errors. This will ensure a smooth delivery process. Once you click "Check Out," a confirmation screen will appear confirming your order and the personal information you have entered.

There are two payment options:

Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard)

Bank Transfer (Valid for direct payments at ATMs and SMS Banking/Internet Banking)

After selecting your payment method, please click "Confirm."

Make sure you click the "Confirm" button to complete your order, and payment instructions will be sent to your email.

Specify the size (power) for your left and right eyes and the quantity. To continue, click "Add to Cart." Then, click "View Cart" in the dialog box when you are finished shopping. If you still want to shop, please click "Continue Shopping" to see other products. Click "Cart" in the top right corner to view your entire order/basket.

Save proof of payment in case it's needed.

Customers are then required to complete the payment. Once the transaction is successful, we will send a receipt via email to the email address listed in the buyer's personal information.

What shipping service do we use and how long does it take?

We use JNE for shipping. Delivery takes 1-3 business days for the Greater Jakarta area, and outside of Greater Jakarta, it will take 2-7 business days, depending on the area.

When will my order be shipped?

Your order will be processed H+1 after we receive confirmation of payment.

Are the prices and promotions the same at opsiseis.com (online) and at Optik Seis branches (offline)?

The normal prices listed on opsiseis.com are the same and apply to all Optik Seis branches. The only difference is the promotions. Promotions at opsiseis.com (online offers) are only valid for online purchases and promotions at Optik Seis branches run according to different monthly promotions each month.
