How does the Ooni Upgrade Program work?

The Ooni Upgrade Program rewards existing Ooni oven owners with an exclusive discount code for up to 20% off a new oven of your choice. There’s no trade necessary, we just ask that you keep spreading the joy of pizza by gifting your old oven to friends or family (or maybe you'd like to keep it yourself - that's fine too!).

To apply for the program, you must currently own an Ooni oven and be able to provide the serial number. Upgrades are limited to one per oven, and you can request one upgrade per year. For more information on the Ooni Upgrade Program please see here.

How do I clean my Ooni oven?

Important: Always ensure your oven is completely cool and wear protective gloves when handling and cleaning your oven.

To clean the outside: Use a dry microfibre cloth or paper towel to wipe away soot or residue. For tougher stains, clean with soapy water and dry immediately.

To clean the inside: Use dry paper towel to wipe away soot or debris. For tougher stains, you can use the Ooni Pizza Oven Brush to remove and wipe with a dry paper towel. Avoid using water to clean the inside of your oven.

To clean the glass door (if applicable): Wipe down the glass with a dry paper towel. For stubborn spots:

Start by wiping the glass with a dry paper towel to remove any loose residue. For stubborn spots:

Mix a solution of 1 part vinegar to 3 parts water.

Apply the solution to the glass using a cloth or rag.

Let it sit for 5 minutes to help loosen any baked-on residue.

Gently scrub the glass using the coarse side of a sponge.

Rinse the glass with clean water.

Dry thoroughly with paper towels to prevent streaks.

To clean the baking stones: Use the Ooni Pizza Oven Brush to remove any stubborn bits of food or debris. If light residue remains, it will burn off naturally during the preheat cycle of your next cook. If light residue remains, it will burn off naturally during the preheat cycle of your next cook.

For more persistent residue, flip the stone over and place it back in the oven - this will allow the heat to burn off any remaining buildup on the underside.

Important: Never clean your baking stones with water, as this can damage them.

How do I make a return?

We can return a product that is unused, in the original packaging, and within 60 days of receipt.

All returns are free within 60 days for any item in the original packaging or any incorrect or faulty items.
