NowNow by noon - One-stop shopping app

I've been using this app for a while now and decided to leave a review after getting a solid feel for it. This is truly the best instant grocery shopping app out there. Delivery can happen in as little as 30 minutes, which feels like a miracle sometimes. Big shoutout to everyone who created this app! The packaging is always neat and secure. I used to rely on another well-known app, but my bread often arrived squished and my eggs were usually cracked. No issues at all with NowNow!

I had a frustrating experience with NowNow today. I placed an order from Viva Supermarket around 12:40 PM. The app said delivery would take about 50 minutes. Fast forward to 3:30 PM, my order finally shows up after almost three hours of waiting. On top of that, two items got canceled. They didn’t let me choose replacements. I reached out to customer support via chat. I wanted to suggest my own replacements, but they wouldn’t allow it. Overall, not a great experience.

So frustrating and such a waste of time! My order got delayed. The worst part? No replacement option available. Other grocery apps handle this way better. I bought something common, but they couldn't provide a replacement. Just a quick call could have fixed things. I'm never using this app again. Total rubbish!

I had a fantastic experience with Al Adil Store. I ordered some items a few days ago, and they delivered everything quickly. Shortly after I placed my order, I got a call from Now Now. They informed me that two of the items I wanted were out of stock and suggested two alternatives. I couldn’t respond right away, but they still delivered the rest of my order on time and didn't charge me for the items that were unavailable. Overall, I’m really happy with the service!

This app used to get a solid 5 stars from me, but things have taken a nosedive. Search results pop up closed supermarkets without any warning. You only realize it when you check, and then going back messes up your entire search. Today was a disaster with three orders canceled since everything was out of stock. The delivery times are slow as well. I'm done with my premium subscription. Edit 2: On top of everything else, the app bombards me with spam notifications. It's really frustrating.

This grocery delivery app is terrible. Simple items like tomatoes and bell peppers keep getting canceled. Each order faces a cancellation. I refuse to think Al Maya runs out of tomatoes! Something feels off here. I wouldn’t recommend this app at all. Those good reviews seem bought rather than genuine.

You place an order for a sale item, then it suddenly becomes out of stock. They ask you to pick something else. Yet, that same item still shows up in stock for new orders. This happens frequently. Feels like a trick to give the impression of good deals. Pricing on NowNow tends to be higher compared to other apps. Every time you reach out to support, they promise it won’t happen again, but it keeps happening.

The delivery service is fast. It's simple to use and super convenient. The customer service team is really helpful.
