Note: To utilize this application, you will need the Login ID and Password assigned by your NJ Wealth Partner.

    The app feels lacking. In a world where digital living takes over, uncertainty looms larger. Investments become crucial. People seek timely notifications for investment advice, fund options, tips, and alternative avenues. This app doesn't deliver that dynamic experience. It feels passive, almost as if the owner isn’t invested in customer needs or satisfaction. A real opportunity missed here.

    Add a notification and alert section in the app. Sync it with SMS and email alerts. Enhance the app by including more features available on the website. When funds get switched, show the amount in the summary table even if unallocated. Currently, users might think the money is missing. Display the amount as unallocated until it goes to the new folio. This will provide clarity and improve user experience.

    For the last three months, I’ve been struggling with this app. After reinstalling, it keeps showing an error that my email is not registered. I received emails from NJ at that same address, which makes no sense. I haven’t received any backend support from NJ to fix this issue. All they say is to get in touch with my agent partner. It's frustrating!

    What a frustrating experience! It takes forever just to open the app. I often find myself switching to desktop mode. They really need to hire skilled software developers. Otherwise, users will just keep suffering. It's shocking that a company like this, based in NJ, has such a poorly functioning app that eats up so much time to load, if it even opens at all!

    The app crashes every time I try to open the SIP valuation report after the latest update. This issue started right after the update. I can't access the SIP valuation report because of this problem. Everything else works well. Please check it out!

    Let's add a daily total gain or loss feature along with individual gain or loss for each mutual fund scheme in the app. A graph showing investment versus current value will make it easy to visualize mutual fund valuations. Many other apps already offer these types of statements, so this will enhance user experience and provide valuable insights.

    The app no longer displays the insurances done with NJ. It used to be really helpful. Now, it feels frustrating to lose that function. It provided a convenient way for clients to keep track of their insurance. A change like this raises questions. Why alter something that was working well?
