Glen, the app has a lot of negative reviews. Many clients struggle with it. The issues vary widely, and the generic responses from IT feel dismissive. It's surprising how few seem satisfied with it. On a positive note, the online service still functions well, and the call center team is very helpful. After contacting NIB IT, I learned my S7 isn’t compatible. Time for an upgrade on my phone.

I had a frustrating experience with this application. I installed it to access my insurance details. I entered my email address, and then I received an email with a verification code. After entering the code, I got a message saying "user not registered." That’s when I figured out there’s a separate app for New Zealand. Now I plan to try the NZ version. It seems like the system shouldn't send an email verification code if I'm using the Australia app. A message guiding me to install the correct NZ version would have been much better.

This app feels completely useless. It worked just once for a dental payment, and since then, it hasn’t done anything. Manually activating the phone's NFC is a hassle. Other apps like Samsung Pay handle that automatically. If I log out, I have to reset the pin. The app opens slowly and includes features that don’t add any real value. The only thing I do is check the balance of my claims. Honestly, it isn’t worth the space on my phone at all.

This app makes visiting the doctor such a hassle. Updating personal details should be easy, but it’s turned into a nightmare. They won’t let me leave the home phone number field blank, but I don’t have a landline. I tried entering my mobile number, then my boyfriend’s, but the app keeps rejecting them as "invalid numbers." Now I can’t save any of my information. My address is all wrong since it’s from nearly a year ago. All because my home phone number isn’t working. It’s so stressful!

I've had a great experience with nib health insurance. Submitting requests through their mobile app is simple and straightforward. The member offers are excellent, providing a wide variety of deals. Whenever I reached out for support, they responded well and were helpful. Overall, it's been a positive journey.
