The customer service team is amazing! They ensure the scooters are working well. If not, just snap a photo, call them, and email the picture. It's cheaper than taxis or Uber, and much more enjoyable! It's my favorite way to get around! Despite rumors of high prices, they're actually very affordable and incredibly fun! The customer service is excellent too. I'm so grateful for this service. Can't wait to ride again!

Sure! I tried going to the office today. It's around 1.6km, almost exactly a mile. It's RM6 with Grab or takes about 20 minutes to walk. There's a slight hill on the way there. If it's not too hot, it's a nice walk. It took me 12 minutes to get there and 9 minutes to come back. That cost me RM6.60 and RM5.70 respectively. Those drop-off spots are close, but you need to walk a bit more to reach the building entrance or the nearest parking spot. Grab costs around RM6-7 from my house to the main entrance of the office. I feel like the scooter needs to be faster or cheaper. The weekly pass at RM38 is a better deal, but considering the added walk and effort, I'm not completely sold yet. Maybe if it were faster. If the pass goes up to RM78, it wouldn't be worth it for me. The app itself isn't perfect, needs some polishing, but it's not too bad. Some users have mentioned GPS accuracy issues and once it failed to end the ride. I gave it 3 stars based on my experience. It might work better in a flat area. (PS: Why does Google Play remove new lines?!?)

I find it really convenient. It's perfect for when my car is in the shop or if I'm just going on a quick trip. So far, I haven't had any problems with the app except that I never seem to get the discount for parking in the preferred area.

Oh, this option is great! It's so fun and handy, especially for those without a driver's license. Perfect for city living. It's such a blast - just hop in and enjoy the ride! :)

Sounds like you've had a positive experience with the service so far. You find the vehicles easily accessible and the prices fair. You have some suggestions though, which you've mentioned in the app before but are repeating here: having a phone holder would be helpful for checking the time and price while driving, as well as the ability to input directions to avoid switching to Google Maps. The phone holder is particularly important for directions. You also feel that the speed of 20km/hr may not always be sufficient, especially when going uphill, it can feel more like 10km/hr. Being a programmer, you pay attention to details. Despite these minor points, you still love the service and are happy to have it in your city.

I used to really like their app and rides, even though some of them were a bit bumpy without springs. But then they started giving less minutes and took away the discounts. It's a shame that it might not be worth it for you anymore, but now it's not worth it for me either.

This escooter is way better than the other ones out there. The helmet always comes off easily! I'm a lot happier with this service compared to that other company. It's trustworthy. And the app works perfectly fine, no issues at all.

I wanted to rent a scooter but it was placed in a no-go area by the previous user. Despite signing up and providing my card details, I couldn't end the trip or remove my payment information since the scooter was stuck in the dead zone. Unfortunately, the scooter was jammed and wouldn't budge, making it impossible for me to move it out of the restricted area. As a result, I was charged for the time spent attempting to free the scooter, which was frustrating. I ended up paying $4 but didn't even get to ride the scooter.

I like Neuron over Lime because it gives a smoother ride and seems to be a bit faster.
