    Today, I signed up and entered my debit card details. When I reached the part for my car registration number, the app's area was too long to fit on my phone screen. I adjusted the font size to make it smaller, and now everything fits perfectly. I'm able to use the app without any issues!

    Parking can be a hassle. You either have to guess how long you need or find your phone to extend your time. It’s not convenient when you're at work or enjoying a movie. The best option? Just pay when you're done. And then there's autopay, which has stopped working for me. I just discovered I was charged £60 for one minute at Gatwick. What a surprise!

    The app aims to let you pre-book your parking. When searching for a car park, it shows a night rate in the tariff. Adding entry and exit times that fall within this night rate period changes everything. It suddenly shows the standard full-price rate instead. Speaking with customer service is tricky. There’s no contact info in the app or website, just a QR code option that isn't easy to find. It feels very unclear. Overall, it's quite disappointing.

    This app really frustrates me. It forces users to create an account and gather unnecessary information just for marketing emails I don’t want. Next, it makes me set up my car details and payment methods, storing and validating the information before I can even start using it. Why do they need my payment info right away? I don’t need to input my card until I actually try to park. The requirement to validate my card is ridiculous. Plus, you can't even park using a location code. It's just absurd.

    The app makes parking easy and affordable. Just scan the QR code on your phone when you enter and exit. No worries about losing a ticket. I learned that the hard way, getting hit with a £16 charge before. There’s no monthly or weekly fee; you only pay when you park. It’s just 95 pence for an hour, and some smaller car parks are even free. A friendly car attendant near Birmingham high street was incredibly helpful too.

    I raised my rating to three stars because I can finally add multiple vehicles. The app still feels clunky. Nothing about NCP is straightforward. I wish the app allowed more flexibility. It seems silly to restrict it to one car again while ParkPass lets me add several. It makes me think the project managers don’t actually use their own apps.
