    When it comes to the products, they are mostly of great quality, but the app is not so good. Sometimes, it wrongly shows that an order was not placed, only to surprise you with a message the next day saying your delivery is on the way. Upon receiving the delivery, you may find some items missing while others are in double the amount you ordered. Thankfully, the store staff and customer care team are helpful and genuinely try to solve the problems caused by the app. However, the app itself really needs a lot of improvement.

    Increasing the quantity is slow and challenging, with plenty of room for various enhancements. There are a couple of bugs to address as well: First, when a product isn't available, it displays as 1, which is confusing since it looks like the item has been added to the cart. Second, there's an issue where the search overlay doesn't disappear after conducting a search.

    Their service seems to be way behind the times. It's like they're still stuck in the 1980s with no concept of customer service or care. Most of the time, they can't even deliver what you order, without any heads up or a way to contact them. Even their messaging system is old-fashioned. And today was the worst experience yet - the delivery person just dropped off perishable items at the security gate without a call or message. I only found out about it much later that evening.

    This grocery app is really bad. It displays items that are not available even if you choose to see only what's in stock. It doesn't remember your payment details when you ask it to save them. Sorting and searching are useless - you must know the exact name of the product you want and hope it's available. Store vouchers don't work, and they call you with spam reminders even when you've received them. Such a lousy app.

    Yes, definitely! The product selection and delivery have both gotten better.

    The new app is supposed to be easy to use, but sometimes when you search, you get results that don't even make sense. On top of that, the new app seems to be worse than the old one. My card payments online have failed two times, which never used to happen before. Furthermore, when I pick the 'Card on delivery' option, there's no way for me to select when I want the delivery, and I didn't receive any SMS or any confirmation of my order.
