National Rail Enquiries - Train times & tickets

I changed my rating to 1 star because the app has been broken for months. I have reported this issue multiple times but nothing has been done about it. It's disappointing because the latest update has once again caused problems with the app. I think this app is really good and often provides more current information than station boards. However, most updates lead to crashes. Right now, I can only use the app for about 10 seconds before it crashes. Please resolve this issue and figure out why your updates keep breaking the app. If it's working, it's a useful app to have.

Update in July 2020 seems to have solved the problems with the widget and location features. Everything seems to be working fine now.

The app has a lot of issues, like not updating on time with train station announcements. The delay notifications don't work even after trying to reset them multiple times. It would be nice to have a section indicating the number of train carriages. It's good for checking train schedules, but that's about it.

The app used to be amazing and reliable, but now it's getting worse with each update. It says no trains are available when they actually are. You have to include a 'via' station to see the route. Some stations are missing or considered nonexistent, like Uxbridge.

I don't like this app. I tried to get notifications about my regular commute, but it never tells me if there are any changes. Also, the ads on the app make me press the wrong button by suddenly appearing on top of the page. And now, when I try to plan a route, the app keeps crashing.

The back button is not working correctly. Instead of going back to the previous menu, it closes the app. You can go through the tabs at the bottom to navigate back, like live trains, and then back to planner. Another issue is when you are in "Ticket Types," there is no way to return to the search results; you have to exit the app and start over. It's frustrating and hopefully an easy fix. There's probably a frustrated backend team who likely want to give feedback to the app developers.
