MyNISSAN® - Vehicle management & remote access

The MyNISSAN App is tailored to enhance your ownership experience and maximize the benefits of your vehicle. It allows for remote access, security measures, personalization options, comprehensive vehicle information, maintenance assistance, and convenient features directly on your compatible Android phone or Wear OS device.

This app is accessible to all Nissan owners, although it has been specifically optimized for models from 2014 onwards. Owners of vehicles manufactured in 2018 and later can enjoy the full set of MyNISSAN functionalities if they have an active NissanConnect® Services Premium subscription.* For detailed information about the features available for your particular vehicle, please consult the appropriate resources.

Here are some key MyNISSAN features that are open to all Nissan owners and their vehicles:

• Manage your Nissan account and personalize settings

• Schedule service appointments with your chosen dealership****

• Receive alerts regarding vehicle recalls or service initiatives

• Access your vehicle’s service history and maintenance schedule

• Connect to Roadside Assistance services

If you own a compatible vehicle, you can also:

• Start or stop your vehicle remotely**, lock and unlock doors, and activate lights and horn

• Search for points of interest, save them, and send them to your vehicle

• Check the status of various vehicle components (such as doors, engine performance, fuel levels, tire pressure, etc.)

• Locate your vehicle's position

• Monitor your vehicle with customizable alerts for boundaries, speed limits, and curfews***

For vehicles equipped with Google built-in**, additional features include:

• Adjusting climate controls remotely

• Initiating remote engine starts

• Receiving notifications about unlocked doors or cracked windows

• Connecting with your repair shop for real-time updates

• Utilizing data-driven route planning to enhance your travel experience

• Receiving advance notifications for upcoming vehicle maintenance

• Adding up to four additional drivers under a single Nissan ID account

*The NissanConnect Services telematics capabilities were impacted by AT&T's shutdown of its 3G cellular network. Consequently, starting February 22, 2022, all Nissan vehicles with telematics hardware designed for 3G connectivity will be unable to connect and utilize NissanConnect Services features. Owners of such vehicles must have enrolled in NissanConnect Services before June 1, 2021, to use the service until February 22, 2022 (access depends on network availability and coverage). Further details are available through relevant channels.

**The availability of features may differ based on vehicle model year, type, trim level, packaging, and options. Activation of the NissanConnect Services SELECT package ("Package") by consumers is necessary. A trial period for the Package is included with qualifying new vehicle purchases or leases and may be modified or ended without prior notice. Once the trial period concludes, a monthly subscription fee will apply. Operating a vehicle is a serious task that demands your complete attention. Use features only when safe and permitted. Avoid programming while driving. GPS mapping accuracy may vary by location and may not reflect real-time conditions. Connectivity services are required, and app subscriptions might be needed. Data charges may apply. Availability of third-party services is subject to change. Should service providers alter or limit offerings, associated services may be terminated without notice or liability to NISSAN or its affiliates.
