    The app is quick and really easy to use. I could choose to renew for one year or two. It’s so much better than waiting in long lines for a task that only takes a few minutes. I had no complaints at all and finished everything super fast. I’ll let you know how long it takes to get my registration. Update: It took around 7 days to receive my new plate and registration through USPS.

    This app rocks! It's the quickest way to renew your car's Florida tag. But there's a snag. The charity contribution feature doesn't work when entering a dollar amount. I tried multiple charities, but none went through. I had to skip the contribution just to move forward. This isn't on me; something's off with that option.

    The app is totally unresponsive. The bot claims it can't assist. I'm stuck on one screen with no access to the menu. The website keeps redirecting me back to the app for help, which doesn’t work at all. Now I’ll have to head down to the DMV just to make an appointment and then return later for the actual appointment. What a hassle!

    This app is horrible. The bot doesn't provide any real help. Using the website is way easier. Those convenience fees are ridiculous. You can just walk in for free and get your sticker and registration done in one trip. During the COVID-19 phase 1, it took 7 to 10 business days to get anything.

    I had a good time using the UI, but it definitely needs some work. After I entered my zip code, the keyboard popped up and completely blocked the next part of the screen. It hid the SUBMIT button, so I couldn’t see or press it. This was on my Samsung Galaxy Fold.
