Nova® Water is the sole and primary product of Health Water Bottling Co. Ltd. The company was founded in 1973 and has maintained its quest to always be innovative and thus capitalized on 50 years of experience within the bottled water industry.
Our Source
Nova® water is distinguished by its purity and distinctive taste. It originates from deep protected groundwater. Our factory is located in Se’ed area, under Ramah governorate,120 km east of Riyadh, far away from urban structures and external pollution.
We use the latest production technologies, associated with a fully automated bottling process, that adheres to the highest health and safety standards. Since then, we’ve been providing the highest quality water standards that are directly bottled from the source.

How does the NOVA application work?
First choose your products, then enter your phone number and OTP. Next, add your location and select your preferred date and time of delivery followed by your chosen payment method. Scheduling
How can I schedule my order?
Once you have selected the items you wish to purchase, select your delivery address. The application will then ask you to select a preferred delivery date, and according to your selection, it will generate the available time slots. What time of day can I receive my order? Can I choose day or night delivery?
You can choose a morning delivery from 11:00 to 15:00 or an evening delivery between 16:00 to 20:00
Can I change the delivery time or date after placing my order?
Yes, you can change the date and time after placing an order so long as your order status is 'order confirmed'. Once the order is out for delivery, it will not be possible to reschedule. If you have any inquiries or are facing any further issues, please contact our Support Team: 9200 33 44 5
How does order recurrence work?
The option to place a recurring order is currently under development and will available very soon.
I scheduled my order, but I have not yet received it.
You will receive your order based on your chosen time slot: morning delivery is from 11:00 to 15:00 and evening deliveries are between 16:00 and 20:00 If you don't receive your order within these time slots please contact our Support Team further assistance on: 9200 33 44 5
I wasn't available when my order arrived, and I missed it. How can I receive it or reschedule it?
During delivery times our team will try to reach you by phone. If they contact you but you are not at the delivery address they will ask your permission to leave the order at your front door. If they are unable to reach you, they will return the order and reschedule it for a future date.
If I am not home, can the driver leave my order by door?
During delivery times our team will try to reach you by phone. If they contact you but you are not at the delivery address they will ask your permission to leave the order at your front door.
What are the available payment methods?
Payment is currently available via MADA, credit card, E-wallet or COD. More payment options will be launched in the next release of the application.
Can I use stc pay or Apple pay?
These will be added to the application in the next release
Amending or Cancelling Order
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you can cancel an order as long as your order status is 'order confirmed'. Once the order is out for delivery it will not be possible to cancel it.
If I want to cancel my order, do I receive the amount back?
Yes, once you submit the cancellation request at least 24 hours before the specified delivery date, the total amount will be returned to your electronic wallet. Subsequently, this amount will automatically be transferred to your bank acoount or the payment method you have chosen, and the process takes no less than three working days.
If I cancel my order how much time does it take for me to receive the amount in the bank?
The refunded amount is deposited into the electronic wallet within three working days and is then automatically transferred to your bank account or the payment method you have chosen. The refund timelines are as follow: - MADA Cards: The refund duration ranges between (24 - 72) business hours. - Credit Cards: The refund duration can take up to (21) days. - STC Pay Card: Refunded amounts are credited back to STC wallets within (24) business hours.
I placed and order, but I cannot cancel it via the application. Why?
You can cancel an order as long as your order status is 'order confirmed'. Once the order is out for delivery it will not be possible to cancel it via the app. For any further information please call the Support Team on: 9200 33 44 5.
How can I amend or add products to my order after placing it?
You cannot add items to an existing order, but you can place a new order or cancel the existing order to make a new one.
Can I change the time and the location of the delivery?
Yes, you can change the location or the time of the delivery so long as your order is not out for delivery.

You can track your order via the App in the (my order section) throught the side menu
I am having trouble tracking my order or (order tracking) is not working?

How can I add a new address?
You can add a new address either during the ordering process in the address selection step, or from the Manage Address option on the main menu.
I added the wrong address on the map, how can I amend it?
You can always amend addresses using the addresses management function in the side menu. If the address is already linked to a placed order, you can amend it so long as your order status is order confirmed, once the order is out for delivery, it will not be possible to edit it for that specific order.
Can I order to a location different than the one I am currently in?
Yes. A new address can be added during the ordering process in the address selection step, or from the Manage Addresses option in the main menu.
Why is the map not working in the App?
Please ensure the localization feature is enabled in your application.
How can I contact the driver?
From the track order screen, once your order is out for delivery you will be able to see the contact number of the driver and call him.
