The shopping experience feels disheartening. Items vanish from the basket with a simple scroll or slight move. It's frustrating to lose a whole deal like that and have to begin all over again. Checking for better deals or vouchers no longer exists, which adds to the annoyance. Adding desired items should be easy, but now it means restarting through deals. Overall, it feels challenging and discouraging to use.

The double decadence base is fantastic. It's a shame about the dominator base; I liked that one more. The app runs smoothly, and the food is delicious. The staff really listens to my requests for pizzas. I don't enjoy too much BBQ sauce since it overpowers other flavors. Overall, an excellent experience. I'm glad to be a customer here.

The new wizard feels useless. I tried it twice and found a lower price each time on my own. The "driver instruction" area is frustrating. It types backwards, which is annoying on my Samsung. Plus, they don't even read what it says. I ask for social distancing, but they stand way too close to me. Definitely less than a metre away.

They arrive in around 30 minutes, always on the dot. The staff are super kind too. I really think everyone should give Domino’s a try. Oh, and the food? Always delicious!

The design looks great, but the administration is a mess. You have to change passwords all the time. There's no device authentication, and it doesn't work with Google Pay. Biometric login is missing too. Saving card details? That doesn't help because Visa checkout asks for that three-digit code on the back. The backend experience feels terrible. Once you pick your pizza, you should be able to just use your fingerprint for a quick order. Instead, it’s a long and frustrating process.
