How can I cancel the service?
If you refuse to use the services, you can leave a request to terminate the contract* in a way convenient for you:
call the call center
visit the sales and service center
To cancel the contract, you must:
Have a positive or zero balance.
Have an identity document. Only the owner of the contract or his representative can cancel the contract. The representative must provide the original (copy) of the notarized power of attorney and an identity document.
If you have rented equipment, you must return it by calling a technician to your home or contacting the Sales and Service Center. The equipment is returned in its full configuration.
Please note! When canceling the contract, unspent bonuses accrued under the “My Bonuses” loyalty program will be canceled.

Is it possible to connect the Internet service to a rented apartment?
Yes, you can conclude an agreement for the use of the Internet access service. To do this, you need to contact the call center or visit one of our sales and service centers to apply for connection. The third way is to fill out an online form on the main page of the Volya website in the "Order a connection" section.
At the agreed time, the company's technician will come to your home, perform the necessary work to connect the service and draw up a Protocol of ordered services and equipment, which you can sign on the spot.
When concluding an agreement, you must have your passport, a copy of your passport and an identification number (TIN). The agreement is concluded on general grounds.
