    I downloaded the app because the website wouldn’t work at all. I tried to register, but my state didn’t show up in the app. Plus, it didn’t recognize my member ID. Super frustrating!

    The app and website are both frustratingly useless. They don't work right. I tried to make payments, like it said I could through my profile. No options anywhere. I ended up Googling Molina payment just to find the correct place, which was an entirely different site. I attempted to reach member services because my coverage won't update. The app wouldn’t let me compose a message, and the website wouldn’t send it. It feels like a complete waste of space on my phone.

Facebook handles my information way better, and they manage millions of users. If any developers see this, I’ve already updated the app. No, I’m not buying a new phone! It’s frustrating!

    The app functions perfectly. Logging in feels smooth, and navigating through it beats Molina's website by a mile. Searching for and selecting a Dermatologist and a Behavioral Health Specialist took me just about ten minutes. As for the guy complaining about his phone, it's clear the app has issues because he hasn't updated. Sticking with a phone that's seven to nine years old doesn't help. New updates make everything run better!

    The alerts keep showing up and repeating after those blank boxes. Molina Rewards throws an error saying "User doesn't exist." The cost estimator? No button to use it. I pressed everywhere with no luck. Trying to add the ID card to Google Wallet resulted in an error as well. Looks like only the registration is working. That's it.
