FAQ

1. How do I setup an account?

To set up an account:

- Download the mWell PH app through Google Play Store (for Android users) or on the Apple Store (for iOS users)

- Register with your email address, or log in directly with your Facebook ID, Google ID or Apple ID.

- Enter your Full Name, Birthdate, Gender, and Age.

- Anyone who is 18 years old and above can create an account.

2. How can I retrieve my account if I forgot my email address or my password?

Unfortunately, we cannot recover your email address for you. We are working on adding a self-service email recovery feature.

To recover your password, go to the email login screen and click “Forgot Password”. Enter your registered email address and wait for the email with the link to reset your password

3. Who handles online consultations?

Medical consultations are performed by licensed doctors from a range of specializations. You can check their credentials by clicking the “Specialists” icon on the Home tab of the mWell PH app. You can also view the doctor’s profile when scheduling a telemedicine consultation.

Access daily workout programs ranging from basic weight loss, toning, and diabetes management to specialized routines like running, prenatal exercises, and postpartum workouts.

Food & Nutrition

Explore calorie-controlled recipes crafted by nutritionists and dietitians. This feature is ideal for those with specific dietary needs. Find healthy yet flavorful recipes for soups, salads, main courses, and desserts.

mWellness Score

Designed by an award-winning team of doctors and data scientists, this exclusive digital tracker in the Philippines gauges physical health, step count, and sleep daily. Utilize the mWellness Score daily to remain healthy and prevent chronic diseases.

Home Care Services

Access expert care for loved ones at home through mWell's collaboration with HealthLink. Services include basic care support, cardiac care, elderly care, and post-stroke care.

Emergency Assistance

In unforeseen accidents, quick access to an ambulance is just a tap away on the mWell app through its partnership with Lifeline 16-911—the premier emergency rapid response provider in the Philippines.

Advocacy Efforts

How to Consult

1. Select Consult now or Consult Later

On the home screen of the app, you can choose to 'Consult Now' or 'Consult Later.' We have designed a waiting room feature that allows sufficient time for both the patient and the doctor to establish a smooth connection and begin the consultation process.

2. Select patient

You can choose to consult for yourself, your loved one or someone else.

3. Reason for Visit

Provide reasons for the consultation. You can even attach existing medical records or lab results

4. Choose a doctor

You may choose from a wide range of doctors with different specializations. Then proceed to payment.

5. Waiting room

After payment, you will be redirected to the waiting room where you can wait for the doctor to join the call.

6. Start your consultation

For those who have chosen to Consult Now, you can begin your consultation once the doctor appears on screen. For those who have chosen to Consult Later, you will receive a confirmation text. On the date of your consultation, go to your Appointments page and start your consultation.

7. Easy access to your next steps

After your video consultation, you may have your medicines delivered to your doorstep via MedExpress.

8. See a summary of your consultation

Go to the appointments page, to view a summary of the doctor's notes including e-prescription and lab referrals.
