How do I access the courses from the app?

When you enter the app, you'll find a navigation menu at the bottom. Select the Academy option to access all available courses.

How do I access the courses from the web?

You can view the courses in the Web Academy by clicking here and using the same username and password as in the app.

How do I access the private community?

How do I pay for my subscription?

You can purchase your monthly subscription directly from your store. Click "Subscribe," set up payment, and all services will be activated automatically.

For residents of Argentina only, you can pay your monthly subscription through Mercado Pago by adding your credit or debit card. This way, your account will be automatically debited as long as you have available funds on the associated payment methods. Click here to subscribe and follow the steps:

- Log in with your app account or register to create a new user.

- Fill in your card details. Do you have a promotional code? Apply it at this step. If it's a 100% discount, you don't need to fill in your payment information.

- Click the Buy button.

- Done! When you select "Start," all your courses will be enabled. Important: Remember to validate your username using the email address that will be sent to your inbox.

How do I cancel my subscription?

If you purchased your subscription directly from your store, you can request service cancellation from there.

👉 Requesting service cancellation will prevent the next debit from your subscription.

👉 You will have access to your courses until the next payment date; after that, you will no longer see the available courses in your Academy section.

Example: The debit is made on the 10th of each month. If you request cancellation on the 15th of that month, the subscriber will have access until the 9th of the following month.
