Passport/CNIC number, passport/CNIC expiry date, Full Name as per identification document, date of birth, mobile number and email address.

13. How will I get my booking details and ticket?

You will receive booking details and an e-ticket via email and can download via Mobile app or website.

14. What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to pas-sengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-ticket.

15. How will I get my e-ticket details?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address provided by you at the time of booking. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 2 hours of making your booking with Mosafir, please call our helpline 7237.

16. Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by Mosafir.pk. If you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, Mosafir will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass or disallows you from traveling.

17. How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket or reservation?

In case of no-show or canceled bookings, you shall be required to make requests for any valid and applicable re-funds, as per the defined policies. No refund would be payable for any requests made after the expiration of Ticket check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited. The refund shall be processed within 15-20 working days from the date of the cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider.

Mosafir accepts payment via Jazz cash Wallet, Credit/Debit Card, Jazz Cash Counters and online payment transfer via internet/ATM banking. Mosafir platform processes payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transactions powered by Mobilink Bank (Jazz Cash).

When we confirmed the ticket and payment is done after that no confirmation num or ticket avail by them when you try to helpline after some try they respond ask for more money then they confirm ticket otherwise no ticket given No recommended for tickets reservation if you want urgent ticket or you have short of money.

The app is so slow!! Takes so much time to complete one command. I was expecting to have Google Maps integration so that one can see the loaction and distance of the hotel. Needs so much work to make this app useable. I would prefer bookme for hotel booking.

One of the pathetic experience I ever had with any online booking app. never ever try to book ticket through this pathetic app. And their customer service is one step ahead in making bad impression. Crux is not ever try this app. I wish I could give this app -5 stars.

I installed this app and compared the cost of local tickets in pakistan. The price of ticket quoted on this app is higher than on Sastaticket app Also on return flights it is difficult to book each way on different airlines.
