About the Union Retraite:

The Union Retraite is a public interest group that brings together basic and supplementary pension organizations. Under the Info Retraite brand, it offers services collaboratively developed by all schemes to simplify the retirement process for insured individuals. These services are available on a common website for all pension schemes and certain individual scheme sites. The Mon compte retraite application provides easy, convenient, and secure access to some of these services.

What is FranceConnect?

FranceConnect is a system that guarantees a user's identity by relying on accounts for which their identity has already been verified. FranceConnect is a service offered free of charge by the State to all administrative authorities.

How to use FranceConnect?

To use FranceConnect, choose "Log in with FranceConnect" on the "I access my retirement account" page .

Select one of the partners displayed.

Enter the username and password requested by the selected partner.

Retirement abroad

From now on, you only need to provide one life certificate per year (and possibly a certificate of marital status) for all your pension plans. This is the online service My retirement abroad , accessible by logging into your retirement account, under "My retirement payments".

I don't know my social security number

Your social security number can be found on your health insurance card or on your certificate.

Please note

Anyone who knowingly uses a fraudulently obtained social security number is liable to penalties.

If you do not have a social security certificate or card

To find out your social security number, contact the primary health insurance fund in your place of residence and ask to receive your vital card.
