Introducing MindDoc

The MindDoc Companion is a monitoring and self-management app for those who want to keep an eye on their mental health. Keeping track of moods, symptoms, circumstances, and problems enables users to recognize patterns in their mental well-being.

Over time, the app will provide automated feedback and recommendations, not only regarding specific symptoms, problems, and personal strengths, but also on the overall status of a user's emotional well-being. After 14 days, users will also receive a recommendation about whether to consult a mental health practitioner for further diagnosis and treatment.

The app has a large course library that provides resources to read and listen to, designed to help users recognize, understand, and cope with emotional problems and signs and symptoms of mental disorders.

The MindDoc Companion explicitly does not replace the assessment or treatment by a mental health professional. It can, however, prepare and/or augment treatment.

Keeping track of your mood daily is a helpful way to stay mindful of how you're feeling. The regular reminders to log in are great for consistency. Being able to input your thoughts multiple times a day lets you see any patterns and work on them. It would be nice for the app to have a secure cloud-syncing feature so you can access your data from any device. I'd give this app a 5-star rating if that was an option!

Journaling just got easier with this app. The notification feature helps manage it smoothly. I used to adore this app, but now they require payment for features that were once free, like new emotion options. It used to be helpful, but these changes are disappointing. It's time to look for a different app.

I started using this app in December 2019. It's the only self-care app I've stuck with, even for journaling. Tracking my mood has been really useful for spotting patterns and sharing them with my psychiatrist. I could make it even better by adding notes during each check-in. There are courses and a Plus option that I haven't tried yet, but they seem like they could offer even more support.

This app is fantastic for spotting patterns and triggers of stress. It has a user-friendly interface that highlights when you are most impacted by negative feelings throughout your week or day. The notes section is a great tool for jotting down reasons behind your emotions. It allows you to keep track of both positive and negative experiences, with weekends being particularly uplifting for me. An end-of-week review is provided, offering a recap of your emotional journey. Furthermore, the app offers tips and activities for relaxation and mindfulness, although I have yet to explore these features. Recent updates have enhanced this app's mood tracking capabilities, making it even more valuable.

Wow, the app is really amazing! It's a fantastic tool to quickly check in on how I'm feeling in that moment. I also love how it helps me keep track of my mood over time and lets me see when things might be tough before I get too down on myself about it. And those bi-weekly reports are just fantastic! My only wish is that they would expand to cover other mood disorders like social anxiety.

This product is really good overall. However, there's one thing that really bugs me: sometimes when I do a certain set of questions in the morning, afternoon, or evening, when the next set comes up, it doesn't recognize that I've already done the previous set! This happens a lot when there's only about 30 minutes left until the next set of questions.

I do not have the premium version, but being able to track my mood is really helpful. I plan on showing my mood patterns to my therapist. I wish there was more content for non-premium users, but overall, it's a very helpful app without any annoying aspects like ads.

Well, honestly, I've enjoyed tracking my moods and emotions. But switching from Moodpath to MindDoc has been irritating, to say the least. It's actually more than that. Now, all my previous data is hidden behind a $45 subscription and it seems like even the bimonthly assessments might not be an option anymore. I miss the old app and I'm seriously considering looking for a different one.

I have tested out different mood apps and simple paper trackers before... I really like this one because it asks how I'm feeling multiple times a day and my mood changes a lot during the day. It only asks 3 questions that are straightforward yes or no, and then rates your mood in terms of how intense it is. I also like that it keeps track of the data and shows any patterns in colors. The way it's set up visually is easy to understand and it doesn't feel too busy or confusing.

Oh, I came across this app when I was trying to find a way to track my emotions and mood. There were many journal apps and simple rating scales, but they didn't really give me much depth or help me understand how I was feeling. But let me tell you, I'm blown away by how this app prompts me to explore and understand my feelings. It has truly made me more aware of how my mood evolves. I'm really happy I found it, and I definitely recommend it. Even my therapist approves!
