A longitudinal study on labor market sentiment: How, where, and when do workers want to work?

Since mid-2023, we have been surveying employees in the DACH region using a mobile tool on the current labor market sentiment. Employees from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland provide insight into how, where, and when they want to work and what they value in their professional lives. The quarterly analyses of the longitudinal study shed light on the modern world of work and provide important input for recruiting and employee management.

Starting in July 2024, we will be expanding our tool and, in addition to the DACH region, will also be examining employees in France, Italy, Spain, Poland, Slovenia, and the UK.
