The "my MSA & me" app is a free and secure platform that consolidates various services from My Private Space to streamline your interactions with the MSA. By logging in using your MSA credentials, you can manage your payments, download health certificates and statements, and send messages to your MSA directly from your smartphone.

EASY ACCESS TO MY PRIVATE SPACE

Access to these services is available to employees, farmers, retirees, or beneficiaries of the agricultural scheme who have already registered for My Private Space.

Your login details for the app are the same as those used for My Private Space on your MSA's website.

If you need assistance creating a My Private Space account or resetting your password, please refer to your MSA's official website for guidance.

The "my MSA & me" application allows you to view all payments made by your MSA, which include:

- health reimbursements

- daily allowances

- family benefits

- retirement (salaried and non-salaried)

- social action benefits

- occupational accident pension

You can also download your health statements (health reimbursements, daily allowances, and AT pension) straight to your smartphone.

* My Health Certificate

This feature enables you to download a certificate of health rights directly to your smartphone for yourself and members of your household (children, beneficiaries).

* My Messages

You can communicate securely with your MSA through messaging, review replies, and access the history of your messages.

* Request an Appointment

This function allows you to request either a phone or in-person appointment at an MSA agency. An agent will reach out to you to set up the meeting.

* Send Document

You can easily send documents to your MSA using your smartphone, whether by capturing images of them or selecting files from your gallery.

* My EHIC

Users can apply for a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) for themselves or their household members (children, beneficiaries) and access digital versions of their cards.

* My Profile

- Change your login password for My Private Space

- Update your personal information (phone number, email)

- Switch MSA funds effortlessly if you're affiliated with multiple funds

Because nothing beats democracy, the MSA puts it into practice every day. It is the only social security system to hold local elections every five years, allowing everyone to express themselves and choose their representatives.

It is embodied by 13,760 cantonal delegates, elected every 5 years to represent 3 million voting members. On the ground, these elected officials, drawn from all sectors of the profession—farmers, employees, and employers—play a role as a bridge between the agricultural and rural population and the MSA. And it is from among them that the administrators of the 35 MSA funds, as well as those of the CCMSA, are appointed.

The MSA's mutualist action is different from that of other actors in the world of social protection. For the entire agricultural and rural population and elected officials, it takes the form of proximity, dialogue, and a comprehensive vision of agricultural and rural issues.

Mutualism is about collective decision-making as much as individual initiative ; it is about the pooling of resources as much as knowledge. It is reflected in the daily commitment of thousands of elected officials, women and men volunteers, most of whom are active, working to provide quality social protection. The MSA's presence on the ground allows for the collaborative work without which certain actions could not see the light of day. MSA delegates and members, as well as all people in the sector concerned, meet and act together. This is how social ties are maintained, around issues that concern the rural world, whether they are sectoral crises or health and social issues.

This mutualism is materialized through social and health experiments, through concerted actions through concrete achievements both in rural areas and towards the populations as well as with partners and public authorities.

A network of field actors

The MSA has 1,071 administrators and 13,760 elected cantonal delegates, and some 17,000 employees who work daily to serve MSA members, including 1,500 social workers, 350 doctors and 280 prevention advisors.
