Highlights of this version include the introduction of the Timeline module, which users will encounter immediately upon logging in. All other application modules remain unchanged both visually and functionally.

About Medical Care

Can I book an appointment online?

Online medical appointment bookings can be made via the Patient Portal.

Can the grandmother or another person instead of the parents come with the child for a medical consultation or vaccination?

Patients under 18 years of age may benefit from a medical consultation, blood sampling, diagnostic tests and rehabilitation only in the presence of a legal representative or actual guardian. If the child is under the care of the actual guardian, he or she is obliged to produce written authorization from the legal representative.

Are there midwife visits at home after delivery?

Yes, as part of Primary Health Care.

However, it is not included in the medical subscription.

This service is performed by the location listed on the declaration of joining the POZ.

How can I use the e-Patient Card?

To use the e-Patient Card, it will be necessary to create an account on the LUX MED Patient Portal. The Patient E-Card is available via:

• Patient Portal available at luxmed.pl,

• LUX MED mobile applications for iOS and Android devices,

• mobile Patient Portal - for mobile devices available at: m.grupaluxmed.pl/PatientPortalMobile.

How can I receive a certificate from school or kindergarten that my child has no symptoms of infection?

Due to the increased interest of parents and guardians in receiving a certificate for school or kindergarten about the lack of symptoms of infection in a child, we are providing a survey for parents that can be completed and printed without leaving home. The document can be obtained in 2 ways:

1. Complete the interview yourself and print the result on stronie internetowej

2. By signing up with the Nurse - for the stationary service "Nursing advice - post-infection survey". During the visit, the nurse will verify the child's post-infection condition (applies to children from 4 years of age)

About Medical Subscription

What will be the proof that we have paid for the medical package?

After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The payment automatically activates the contract within 24 hours of posting.

When does subscription medical care start?

Activation of the medical package is possible every day of the week. To activate the service, you must declare your intention to purchase the package at least one day in advance and pay the fee one day before the start date via the Payu payment service.

How to terminate an individual contract?

The contracts are concluded for a period of 12 months with the possibility of extending the contract into an indefinite period.

If you do not wish to continue the contract after one year, you must submit a notice of termination at least 30 days before the anniversary of the conclusion of the contract to the correspondence address indicated in the contract or by e-mail: bok@luxmed.pl or sklepz_ind@luxmed.pl.

If notice of termination is given within the first 12 months of the contract, the contract will be terminated at the end of its annual period and will not be automatically extended for an indefinite period. The date of receipt of notice of termination of an active individual contract is decisive.

Each notice received is confirmed by telephone contact.

Is it possible to change the version or subscription variant?

Changing the subscription to another one is possible after one year from the date of conclusion of the contract.

    Finding an appointment is very difficult. The queue feature isn't functioning properly. You receive a text about an available time slot, but when you check the app, there are no options. 'Podzlecenie' doesn't work because the clinic's partners either have no free time slots for you or they are not willing to find them.

    Their customer service is just...ridiculous. Imagine, you can't even download your insurance document from their app! And when you call them about it, they keep telling you "just a few days." But come on, it's been over 9 days now and I still haven't gotten anything! Luxmed has let me down again. I've been paying for this insurance for like 1.5 years and every time I need something, they disappoint me more. It's like a never-ending cycle of frustration with these guys.
