If you possess the My Fabulous Storyteller model 3, the app allows you to fully manage your Lunii audio products:

• Add, remove, and transfer interactive audiobooks to your library and Lunii audio device via Wi-Fi.

• Organize the sequence of audiobooks displayed on your Lunii product.

• Enable and adjust Night Mode (volume limits, story order, disabling the audible reminder) directly through the app so your child can drift off to sleep with stories!

At what age can my child start using My Fabulous Storyteller?

From the age of 3, your child can start using My Fabulous Storyteller on their own, selecting the elements of their story to create their own audio stories.

How will I receive the audiobooks I buy online?

Lunii's interactive audiobooks are not delivered by post, they are digital products. Once you have logged in to your account, you can find your audiobooks directly in your library. You will then need to transfer them to My Fabulous Storyteller from the desktop or mobile app.

How do I add new audiobooks to My Fabulous Storyteller?

Once you have purchased your audiobooks, they are automatically added to the Library in your Lunii account. Go to the "Devices" tab in the Lunii app, to add your favourite adventures to your device.

Is it possible to transfer purchased audiobooks to more than one Storyteller?

Up to three Storytellers can be linked to a single Lunii account. Once you've linked your Storytellers, you can add the audiobooks stored in your Library to them.

How do I record my own audio stories for My Fabulous Storyteller?

My Fabulous Storyteller is also a recording studio that can be accessed free of charge at any time using the Lunii mobile app. Access the My Lunii Studio feature to record your own audio adventures with your family.

    The synchronization feature didn't work as expected. It fell short of what was needed. Frustration bubbled up because the promise of seamless syncing turned into a hassle. Users faced issues and errors popped up without warning. The anticipation turned to disappointment. People wanted smooth operation but ended up dealing with glitches. Solutions were sought, but the struggle continued.

    The app allows users to record stories and share them on the reader. This feature is really cool! Unfortunately, other features are not available in Canada at this time. The website works fine, though.

    I loved that app. We bought so many books and recorded our own stories. The new version changed everything. Lunii now limits the story studio transfer to just 30 minutes, even though I barely use 15% of the storage capacity. It became a challenge to explain to our child that they would have to choose only five or six stories from our collection. I decided to bring out the MP3 player and won't buy any more books. Great job, Lunii!

    Every time you try to register an audio, the app crashes. It either shuts down or fails to save the story. Frustrating, right? You just want to capture your ideas and share them. It’s a real hassle when technology doesn’t cooperate. You might feel stuck, wanting to create but facing these obstacles. Getting that story saved should be easy.

    The app just doesn't work. We scanned our story box, and it never shows up in the list of known objects. Custom stories never reach the story box. This is a complete disaster for a company charging so much. It feels like a scam. As a developer, I feel embarrassed for you.

    This product is a total letdown. Save your money and avoid this one. It only records for 20 seconds, and that issue has been around for four years. Not much else to say.
