Linkt - Toll road account

The app is generally great to use. But the latest update doesn't let you adjust payment settings. The top-up card can't be switched to another card in the account. You can only update or replace it, and there's no option to choose a card for top-up. Hopefully, the next update will address this issue.

I had the app on my phone for months, but I hadn't used tolls until the day I journeyed to Brisbane through a toll road. It was on this very day that I received a fraudulent SMS within an hour. I wondered how the scammers got my number precisely on the day I needed to use the app. Linkt had all my information, so I questioned if they were breached. Could it be that the scammers knew I just used the toll road and swiftly sent me a very convincing text message telling me to pay via credit card? I immediately realized I had to freeze my credit card over the weekend as neither my bank nor Linkt could provide any help.

The app seemed promising when I first started using it. Then, things took a turn when the auto recharge stopped working. I almost ended up being charged extra fees. Due to this, I had to manually top up, which also led to additional charges because there was no option for direct debit with manual recharge. To make matters worse, I noticed that they were charging me for trips I didn't even take. I had to go through the hassle of reporting these incidents to get my money back. It made me think about all the others who may not regularly check their transactions like myself and end up unknowingly getting charged by the same people.

It's impossible to connect the web browser to the app, so I can't use the links within the app. I need to leave the app, open a different browser on my phone, log in again, and then do what I need to with the link - like requesting cash back or visiting the main website.

Oh no! The app is not working for me. I tried installing and uninstalling it 10 times already. There seems to be an error when I try to sign in to the app. I wanted to check my account this morning but couldn't log in. It's frustrating that the app won't open again. What's the use of having an app that I can't even use? All my account details are linked to this app. Can Link please email me or give me a call? I shouldn't have to chase after Link. If I owe Link money, I'd definitely make sure they get paid. This situation is just unbelievable.

As a customer for 2 years, I didn't really see the need for the app before. I could just use my computer to check my toll account and update my details when necessary. But things changed recently with the new customer rewards program offering 4 cents off per liter of petrol every day at Coles Express stations. That's the main reason I decided to install the app. I must say, the app is pretty great. It's simple, easy to use, and has a nice design. It works smoothly and makes everything so convenient.

Two months of my subscription just vanished into thin air, and I had to pay another $25 for a new tag even though I already had one in my car. It just feels like robbery! And why does this app always have problems? I spent three whole hours trying to reach the call center, and good luck finding someone who speaks English well enough to help. The issue still isn't fixed, what a waste of time and money! And now, 18 months later, I'm still struggling to open the app and access my information.

Warning! Scam alert! I recently received an alarming SMS from a new app called "Linkt" claiming it wasn't installed on my device. Surprisingly, I already have the "LinktGo" app which is different. Curious, I installed the new app only to discover it was asking for my sign-in details. This raised serious red flags. How did they even get my phone number in the first place? To top it off, I consistently receive suspicious SMS messages from faux LinktGo scammers. It's baffling that these two apps might be linked and yet they try to convince users to download both. I'm taking no chances and swiftly uninstalling both apps. Stay vigilant, folks! *SMS has been removed for safety.
